I drilled into the service cable at my home over the weekend and have been trying to get in contact with someone to take a look. I left a voicemail with Mark first thing on Monday morning and he called back within 5 minutes. Due to the nature of my issue I wanted something same or next day and unfortunately he had appointments scheduled. However Mark provided recommendations of others I could contact and he walked me through what I would be looking at from a repair and cost standpoint. He also told me to call him back if I have any issues getting something scheduled with another company. No work was performed but based on Mark's follow up and willingness to walk me through the process I would definitely use this company going forward. He knew I was concerned and gave me his time and recommendations so I could have a plan going forward which I appreciate. Overall he provided a level of customer service that exceeded my expectations even in a 5 minute phone call.

No one showed up and no one called to say they would be delayed. I called M. K. Daniels at 2:00 pm and was told I was "dropped". Apparently, my address or phone number was not written down when the appointment was made.Perhaps that was the reason for me being "dropped". I decided to go with another company who can provide more attentive service.

They were very professional and prompt. Worked very efficiently. Pleasant and friendly. Very pleased withe the price. Will call them again if electrical work is needed. The other company on the list not get out until Jan. 12. Needed the work done so the breakers could handle the Christmas lights.

He described problems with the work that was done previously without speaking negatively of the individuals instead saying "This is not how I I would chosen to do this job," He emphasized safety and a job well done.

I love these guys and will definitely call them any time I need any kind of electrical work done. They arrived on time, gave me a very reasonable quote, and then did the work the very same day. SInce I was in a time crunch, this was very much appreciated. They were very professional and cleaned up everything behind themselves. The job was very complicated. I had a breakfast bar installed in my bedroom and hired Mark Daniels to run electricity to it for the refrigerator, microwave, and lighting. My existing circuit breaker box was almost full and could not handle the extra load. So, Mark installed a new circuit breaker box in the attic. He had to run wires up through my bedroom to the attic and down from the attic to the existing circuit breaker box in the garage. Since my walls on the second floor do not line up completely with the walls underneath, this was not an easy task. I was prepared to have to do some drywall repairs once they were finished. But, Mark only cut the drywall in the garage; he took extra care to ensure the drywall inside the house was not damaged. I would highly recommend MK Daniels Electric. They are very conscientious and just all-around good people.

Responded almost immediately to initial call & was available that afternoon. Installed fixture in a timely manner and was careful with my granite countertops. I thought the price was reasonable too.

When I called Mike, he gave me a time he would come out. He advised me of the labor cost + parts. He arrived on time. He found that it was just a short and he fixed it. I was well pleased with his honesty.

It took him about an hour to complete the work. He was great. He is a very professional and likeable man. He is very prompt with his services. His prices are reasonable as well.

He was here on time. Came in, took a look at the receptacle nothing was wrong, washer worked- was told that sometimes it takes while for new one to work. Was here about 5 min. Very nice day!

Overall, I believe that I have related our service from M.K. Daniels in the above summary. Our experience was excellent and I would recommend this company/person for any electrical needs.
