+ -1 moreIt went great. Mr. Rook was flexible about the dates when we had to change. He was extremely polite and careful not to be in our way or that of other service providers who were here at the same time. Cost is based on using our left-over hardwood from the installation.
Description of Work: Repaired hardwood floor that had been damaged by water. It took him about six hours, because there was quite a bit of damage.

+ 0 moreIt was a package price so price doesn't really apply. His prices are excellent and he is the best in town. He is very professional and very detail oriented. He is total quality from start to finish. We are waiting on him to finish another job so he can come back and do more work for us.
Description of Work: We used Ken Rooks to do the laundry room.

+ -1 moreKen is a true craftsman and artisan. If you watch HGTV and see some of the master craftsman at work, Ken is one of those guys. His attention to detail is incredible. I have not found a tile craftsman like him anywhere. Ken does kitchens, bathrooms, showers and difficult mosaic patterns that most would shy away from. He is truly a master craftsman. A real artisan when it comes to tile.
Description of Work: Ken did a bathroom remodel with a ceramic garden tub, shower and floor. He did my front porch in a gorgeous porcelain tile that is fabulous! He is doing a patio for me now and I can't wait to see it finished. Ken is reliable and honest. You will pay a little more, but well worth every penny!
