+ -1 moreThe contract was negotiated quickly, they were fair in price and high on quality. The home was built within the time period requested, the buyers were able to go out and view the progress each week. We closed on time, the home was impeccably done and the buyers had no complaints.
Description of Work: K&N Builders built a new home for a client of mine in the Hardy Station subdvision in Harlem, GA. The overall quality and workmanship was wonderful. The home was built on time to all the specifications my client asked for. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, details from hardwood flooring to coffered dining room ceilings and built-ins. An added bonus was a lovely wooden gazebo type seat in the backyard. K&N Builders has a lot of competition in the CSRA, some of them very high volume builders (cheaper isn't necessarily better) and their level of professionalism far exceeds most competitors.
