 + -1 moreOverall, things went relatively well. Jim was very professional throughout the process. He did his best to sell our home for us, even hosting an Open House which led to a buyer and a contract. But due to circumstances beyond our control, including the elderly buyers backing out and the market being so tough, we decided to pull our house off the market. It was in no way a reflection upon Jim, just a personal decision.
Description of Work: We listed our home for sale with Jim and he met with us numerous times to review the contract, discuss strategy, revise our pricing and listing, take pictures, and to talk about the best steps to market our property. He also took us around a lot of times to Open Houses and to visit other potential properties to purchase, including some lots that he was having new homes built on.
