Beware, they are a HUGE scam.

Mr. Ford had his crew come on site to begin the removal of the textured ceiling. Three men came to begin the work. The removal went as expected, very dirty and dusty. We actually had them no do one room because of the mess. During the removal, I found one of his workmen standing on the arm of our sofa, in order to reach part of the ceiling, no ladder used!When it came time to repair the defects and paint, it took them a couple of days to finish. Upon inspection, we found very shoddy workmanship in the repair and painting of the ceilings. Mr. Ford insisted that the house was settling and that caused the mud and tape to pull loose. This home is over 25 years old and no cracks or signs of settling were apparent in the 14 years we have lived here. His workers were called back to take care of repairs at least three times. The last time they applied heavy duty spackeling and tape to one of the defects in the dining room. We have just noticed that that repair is now coming down. During all the call backs, Mr. Ford never came to inspect the work of his employees. He finally came after numerous phone calls complaining of the work. The work done was terrible. There are pictures attached to theis report showing some of the painting and repair work done.
