One word – Outstanding! I hit the jackpot with Dynamic Finishings. Larry Keel and his team were utterly fantastic and on top of aspect of the job I had a master bath redone and could not be more delighted with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that when into turning that ugly duckling into a swan. The best experience I’ve had with a contractor ever. And I’ve had a few “experiences” with contractors over the years. DF was 100% responsive - they get back to you immediately to address any questions or concerns you may have. Timely – DF was there when they said they’ll be there and worked the entire day, sometimes into the night if they were on a roll. Professional AND communicative – DF listened to what the client wanted and they delivered. Perfectionists – they insured the job was done to the highest standards and if they didn’t like it, they did it over (no extra expense to you). They caught things I would have never notice, like a pin head size ding in the tub. Larry personally inspected every job and checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with the progress and direction of the job. Patience when dealing with a crazy animal person - erecting a temporary wall and doing the door drill, all to make sure the dog and cats were secure and out of harm’s way. Patience #2 when I decided I hated the original paint color I had chosen, they happily redid it again with a better choice. Clean – they vacuumed every day and straighten up the work area. You didn’t feel you were living in a war zone. DF’s cost was competitive with other companies. There were no hidden surprises or additional charges. You were responsible for choosing and purchasing the finishings, such as cabinets, tile and fixtures. It was a great way to contain costs, you could be as inexpensive or frivolous as you wished. DF recommends certain providers but you were free to choose who you used and how much you spent. There were no mark-ups. Better still, once you had made a choice, they coordinated the delivery and install. The master bath is now a master retreat. My only complaint – the rest of the house looks a bit dowdy in comparison! I cannot recommend Larry Keel and his team (especially Jacob, Alan, Jeremy and Jon) at Dynamic Finishings enough. Five stars all the way!

I could not be happier with the work that Larry Keel and his crew did for me. The tile I chose for the floor was a large black hexagonal tile that required the most exacting and professional techniques for a good result. The workmanship is first rate on both the floor and the shower. The men who work for Larry are professional and pleasant. When I had to leave, I did not worry about their being alone in the house or not working diligently while I was gone. I cannot recommend this company and its owner highly enough.

We had bad experiences with other contractor's on this same bathroom. So when we contracted with Larry and his crew we were very particular about the Bathroom remodel at all stages while they were working and they were GREAT about it. The guys always asked if we liked how things were going or looking and were very good about making sure it was how we wanted it, which was not always the easiest thing for them work or time wise. The Bathroom turned out great and looks just how I had envisioned it. I have recommended them to others and will definitely call on them in the future to do any remodeling work I want done. I highly recommend Larry and his team.

Mr. Keel and his team of workers at Dynamic Finishings are excellent and very professional. Mr. Keel came out to assess job and was able to give me an estimate in 1 day. The price was reasonable compared to other estimates, I had a range in estimates between 7500.00 and 15000.00. Also, he will listen to your ideas and make suggestions that will work better for the job at hand and will make the end product look amazing. He gave me a time frame of 15 working days for completion of remodeling and was done in 10 working days. The remodel included: replacing a 3-piece fiberglass tub with a curved tub and floating barn door sliding glass doors, replacing vanity and sink, replacing bathroom fixtures, replacing lighting, tiling from ceiling to floor all around the bathroom to include tub area and fixing ceiling with a smooth finish. His crew are the most professional and respectful I have ever met. They were punctual, worked full days and made sure everything was clean before they left every day. When they started the demolition, they put up a plastic partition, from ceiling to floor, to close off bathroom area from bedroom and had a vacuum running to trap dust, which was a blessing, because I would come home from work and not have to worry about cleaning before going to bed. Mr. Keel was always available for questions or comments and would come frequently to make sure job was going according to plan. His team fulfilled and surpassed my expectations for the remodel. I’m in love with my bathroom. I will recommend Mr. Keel and Dynamic Fininshings with the utmost confidence that they will do an outstanding job. I have attached before and after pictures of the bathroom and I think we can agree that it turn out amazing. Update: It has been 15 days since job was done and I got in touch with Mr. Keel about one of the sliding doors being difficult to open and he had someone come out and fix it the following day. We had already concluded our contract and he still made sure that everything was taken care of. Very impressed with his professionalism.

It went beautifully! Isn't that a strange thing to say in a review for a contractor? Yes, it is strange for anyone but Larry Keel at Dynamic Finishings. They're that good! Larry and the rest of his Dynamic Finishings team listened to what we wanted for our new kitchen---and set to work making our dream a reality. They were punctual, courteous, and respectful. Seriously, you will not find better folks. Period. Larry would always make himself available at the end of each day to discuss their progress and to field any questions we may have. Look at the images---two are from the old kitchen that looks like the inside of a closet painted green---while the new kitchen is a mini-marvel. That is 85 sq. ft. For real. And it feels big inside. Everything in this kitchen is first-rate. Picasso backsplash with hidden receptacles. Under-cabinet LED lighting. SubZero Fridge / Freezer Drawers that also serve as a country sideboard. A peninsula table of Cavalete UbaTuba Granite from Brazil---the beam holding up the table came from our old house and was Larry's idea. What a great idea! The beam was replaced in our old house on the hill in Augusta and this piece serves as a reminder of that house and supports the new table. Very creative. Italian commercial gas range, 24". Yes, in the corner to the right is a 18" dishwasher---sweet! Larry made all this happen. The tile, the paint, the molding---like those windows? I do! Talk about expanding the visuals, huh? Larry made that happen. Jacobean floor tint. LED spot lights and a pantry near the entrance. Farmhouse sink, 24"--with the faucet hardware that makes washing some pots a breeze. All Larry and his team. The granite was beautifully done. The cabinets are gorgeous. Larry lined all that up and had our best interests in mind throughout. Larry did all the plumbing---for water and gas. The images do not do his work justice---as good as they are. I'm so happy that I get to sit at the table and sip my coffee in the morning and watch the cardinals and the dragonflies flit by this wonderful view. It is something special. Larry and his crew at Dynamic Finishings are special. If you're considering having your kitchen remodeled, then please please please bring Larry in to have a conversation. You will not be disappointed. If they can make 85 sq. ft. shine like this---imagine how your kitchen could look? Larry remodeled our bathroom last year---I will submit a review next on that. That's amazing as well. But, then again, Larry is in the Amazing Business. Seriously. Images say it all.

Larry is a man of his word! He responds personally and quickly to inquiries and provides realistic timelines for when work would begin and be completed. He and is crew did an EXCELLENT job cleaning up the removal of the hot tub and restoring the entire deck. Jacob, a member of his crew, sent texts updating me on progress. Of no fault of their own, I choose a color that was not what I liked and Larry has graciously agreed to send Jacob back to put on the color I like!! THAT is above & beyond service!!

Larry and his crew were great. We had a subfloor/shower leak that required us to basically gut everything. Larry was very upfront about the process and helped with design. My wife made two request after we choose a design, and they did everything as we wanted. I can’t recommend him enough.

They came in and completely gutted the old bathroom down to the studs. Found the floor beneath the shower had rotted out so that was fixed. Removed two partial walls and retiled the whole bathroom. Made the shower zero entry, open, with a nice bench, new plumbing and fixtures and a nice large glass shower door. New cabinets, sinks and mirrors were installed. They were here everyday from about 0900 to late afternoon. The job site was cleaned every night and all trash removed. The vendors they suggested I use were easy to work with and fairly priced. When I complained about the water not being hot enough, they went into the attic and discovered the water heater was leaking and bulging so they installed a new water heater, after my approval, on a 90+ hot day as soon as it was discovered. The bathroom is beautiful and I only wish I had done it sooner! Everyone at Dynamic Finishing was easy to work with especially Larry and Allen. If I ever have more projects I will call Dynamic Finishings first.

I would not hesitate to work with Larry Keel and his crew again. The whole experience with this job from receiving the estimate to completion wás positive and professional. Larry told us exactly what would be done throughout this project and completed the job to perfection. The project was started on time and with the hard work and diligence provided by this crew our kitchen was finished ahead of schedule. We look forward to working with Dynamic Finishings again for future projects and we have already recommended them to our family, friends and neighbors.

Larry came out, looked at a botched job which was recent done by someone else. He took on the job of demolishing the previous job and starting installation. The work was started immediately and on time. We were extremely happy with the finished product, his team of employees were courteous and cleaned up daily. Larry assured us his people were trustworthy, so they were allowed to let themselves is and lock up daily. We will definitely work with Dynamic Finishing again.

It went great! Larry himself answered the phone, and upon learning I needed an inspection/estimate in 2 days or less, he went out of his way to meet me that day after work. Then once onsite he took the time to talk through all the work that needed to be done. I made sure that when I didn't recognize a term from the construction field to say so, and he would then explain it, and how it was important to the section of the home he was looking at. He also suggested places to get materials to do it myself if I wanted to. Or others that specialized in those types of jobs plumbing, floors, etc. This estimate was needed to be able to talk facts with the seller of the home when it came time to close. Larry even offered to write a formal estimate or be available to be called during the negotiations. This turned out not to be needed but was a wonderful gesture. He also said to call or text him if anymore work information was needed. And if I should have a need of him he would come by for another formal estimate and get the work started ASAP. He also offers more than just estimates, he does everything from fixes, remodels, to building new homes. If I ever need any of these in the future I will absolutely be calling him, and suggest to everyone reading this to do the same.

I’ve been trying to get some work done in my house for over 4 years! Every contractor I spoke with acted as if they were doing me a favor; gave me some ridiculous price; didn’t show up at the appointed time or didn’t show up at all. One day the clouds parted and there was Larry Keel! Not exactly how it happened but that’s how it felt. The guy is truly a unicorn in the contract world. Larry didn’t just show up. He was early. He was very polite as well as informative. He was straight forth and detailed with what he could do to help me. The cost was REASONABLE and DID NOT CHANGE as the project started nor after it was complete. Larry’s crew was extremely professional and cleaned their work area every day before leaving. I gave them unsupervised access to my home for a week, as my wife and I have full time jobs. Not only was there NEVER an uneasy feeling up returning home daily but I almost forgot they were there. It was like having elves build something when you weren’t looking. He gave me a start date, but later called and asked if I wanted him start earlier, which I was extremely happy with. The project started and finished within the time Larry told me it would take. During that time I received a text or call every evening from Larry asking me how things looked and if I was happy. I would let Larry do work for my Mama and Grandma with no reservation. He truly provides a DYNAMIC start and DYNAMIC FINISH!

The project went extremely well. Mr. Keel kept us informed of each step; he and his crew worked consistently and professionally; the work site was cleaned at the end of every day; the job was completed on time with excellent quality evident in each process. We would and will recommend Dynamic Finishings to any friends or family considering remodeling.

Larry is an absolute lifesaver. Two weeks before the sale of my home we had a pipe burst in my kitchen that did extensive damage. Larry was my first and only call. He came out that day, helped to link us up with a plumber and water mitigation specialist and completely removed any stress from this situation. As soon as he was given the go ahead to start putting everything back together he and his crew were there the same day. They were able to completely put our kitchen back together after it had to be taken down to studs in a week. He not only saved the sale of our home but also made an impossible task possible. He and his crew are very polite, professional and absolute gems.

AMAZING!! Can I give Larry & team an A+++? First, Larry responds almost immediately to any and all questions I have! (He texts back almost immediately...if I do email him, I just texted him and told him, and then he read it and responded immediately.) In my mind, this goes above and beyond! It allowed me to have peace of mind that he was "on it" and nothing would slip through the cracks so to speak. Second, Larry was very upfront with where costs were coming from etc. The quote was detailed and thorough. Third, Larry is super personable and professional! And, his team is as well! Allen, Kevin, Dennis, Jacob, and the rest were fantastic. They always cleaned up every evening and made the whole process so easy to "live through". They arrived at 8am (or within 15 min of) every day of the job and worked the full day! (So much better than other companies that move around during a job). Fourth, the quality of their work is outstanding. I "pride myself" on my "remodeling" skills. And, often when looking at other contractor's work, I think to myself, "I could have done that better." NOT with Larry! His team is phenomenal. Really. Their "cut in" job on the paint is perfect. Dennis painted my front door and took it from looking crappy to fantastic! (I had thought I might just have to buy a new door...not now. it looks new!) Overall, I could tell that Larry personally took responsibility for how his team performed. I really appreciated that. He communicated so well and I really appreciated that too. I have already referred him to multiple friends and will continue to do so! Larry is the bomb!

Excelent. Larry and his support staff are very professional and did an outstanding job on our project. I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting our master referbished. Larry provided us with a list of sub-contractors and suppliers that he had worked with and vouched for. If any of them could not follow through with the work contracted, he would fix it. Case in point, the tile we had ordered came in and was the wrong finish. The local tile supplier initally told us that it would be a 16 week turn to get new tile in the finish we had ordered. He personnaly worked with them to find the tile in another location and drove 3+hours each direction one morning to get the tile and return so he could stay on schedual. we are completly satisfied with our new master bath and will not hesitate to contract with Larry and Dynamic Finishing again.

Larry was one of the most professional contractors I have ever met. He completed the entire bathroom remodel in a little under a week and a half. He gutted the entire bathroom to the studs. he then installed a standing shower along with new plumbing, a new toilet and sink, as well the lighting fixtures and fan and vent for the shower and bathroom. he finished by adding a frame around the window in the bathroom and crown molding around the the ceiling. He was always professional and punctual. He worked well with my wife and I to give us the bathroom we wanted down to the smallest details. He listened and was responsive to our needs as customers, and i have absolutely nothing negative to say about his work. I would absolutely hire him again if I need more work done.

This was the second project Larry did for us. We wished that we found Larry a long time ago. Larry is one of the most honest and sincere persons that we have ever met. Very knowledgeable. easy to work with and great with problem solving. Larry is a one man contractor and does just about everything himself. if he uses a sub contractor such as an electrician they are very good. Larry is one of a very few people that I trust leaving alone in my house. In fact I told him that he was the first contractor that I gave a key to our house. You will not be disappointed in anything that he does for you. If we ever need another project done Larry will be the only one we will call. Price very reasonable. He only charges you for the labor and you picked out your own supplies to insure you get what you want. Rated A+++++

We hired Larry to remove a one piece shower unit and use the complete space to build an enlarged walk-in shower. We purchased the tile and Larry supplied the Schluter waterproof system. He also tiled the floor for bathroom and provided and installed the fan. We also replaced the toilets for 2 bathrooms with ADA toilets which Larry installed. He also painted entire bath. We also had issue with how our plumbing was routed and he fixed that problem. We can not say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Larry. He went over and beyond what most craftsmen would have done. When we got to the last few days the original floor and wall tile did not arrive from the store where we ordered it and Larry helped us find a beautiful replacement. Larry kept us informed on every detail so that we were extremely confident and pleased with the end result. He is truly a master at what he does and we will definitely use Larry for our next project!

Mr Keel was extremely professional and friendly from the very beginning. He exceeded our expectations. He was very through in explaining every phase of the project, and he took the time to make sure we understood what was being done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done. We will definitely be doing more business in the future.

Mr. Keel exceeded every expectation in communication and work quality. I was very anxious about adding a wall and door because I wanted it to look original to our home. We have very high standards and would consider ourselves perfectionists. Mr. Keel communicated clearly throughout the process, was extremely respectful of keeping our home clean throughout the project, and went above and beyond to match our existing trim with excellent carpentry and painting skills. He checked with us throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied and listened well and fulfilled all of our wishes. When we requested changes throughout the process, he was very willing and polite about accommodating the changes. He was fair and honest - honoring our original estimate. We were extremely satisfied and will be contacting him again for our future home projects.

Mr. Keel completely remodeled my master bathroom - a total gut out. I don't even remember what it used to look like - it is just stunning! I loved working with Mr. Keel - he was very patient, professional and once hired, eager to please the homeowner. He had a lot of great ideas and assisted me through the process of a big renovation. He made certain to place drop cloths when getting started for the day and cleaned up his mess before leaving my home - I certainly appreciated his respectfulness. He is very knowledgeable about several aspects of remodeling and will give you advise on other projects needing done around the house. I am very impressed with the quality of his work - his workmanship is A+. I have already told my husband that I do not want anyone else working on our home except Mr. Keel. The reason I gave him a grade of B for pricing is because Mr. Keel is not cheap, but his pricing is fair - you get what you pay for. Now that my bathroom is completed, my 7 year old daughter wants Mr. Keel to remodel her bathroom as well - hold your horses young lady!
