From the first moment we met Larry Keel of Dynamic Finishings---we were given first-rate and top shelf treatment...he's detail-oriented, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and has a unswerving passion to do his best at all times. He cares about each and every project as though it was his own---and it shows. The finished product was nothing short of amazing. We loved his work so much that we've contracted him to remodel our bathroom from top to bottom --- and we will contract Larry to remodel our kitchen this summer. He's making our little cottage awesome.

Larry Keel was punctual and professional throughout. He kept us in the loop with the anticipated completion time, let us know when he completed certain aspects of the overall project scope, and made sure that if there was an issue of any kind that required our attention then he would let us know. He completed all of the work in little over a week and the results were obvious and excellent in every regard. I could not have hoped for better work to be performed. He's conscientious, analytical, and always so attentive and respectful to his customers when they offer suggestions. The finished product was nothing short of excellent. Seriously. I told him that some of these projects had really weighed on me---the breadth and the scope of it---and he jumped in there and fixed everything he was tasked to correct. Larry Keel does exemplary work. His pricing is not only fair---it's a check I will gladly write ANY TIME---because I know the end result is better than I could have imagined. We will be contracting Larry for future projects. That's not even a question.

Everything went well from start to finish. Larry, of Dyanmic Finishings is a professional. He was prompt each time we met, courteous, and he did an outstanding job. Our new window fits in seamlessly with the others in our kitchen. We were fortunate to have extra planks around that he used to repair the floor. He finished the job in less than two days and did not leave a mess when he was done. Besides the window, floor, and drywall being replaced, it was like he was never here. It was just that perfect. He answered all of our questions before he got started, and when he was done, he waited until I got home to make sure that we were pleased with the results. With this project finished, we want to hire him for others. He is the best of the best contractors around.

This was the best experience that we have had with a contractor in our 43+ years of marriage. Larry Keel was a one man operation except for the electrical work. He was very professional being able to think out of the box. He did an excellent job and explained everything that he was doing. Also, very honest and reasonable. If you want it done right the first time I strongly suggest hiring Larry . We hated to see him go. Cannot say enough about Larry. He is a fine, honest, hardworking, Christian. He will be the only one we call if we need work done again. Larry only charges for his labor. You pick out the paint,wood, etc and pay for it. That way you get what you want. Larry will advice you how much you need and offer any other advice you may need. He was very, very helpful, The charge for his labor was $6399 and $6152 was for the tile,bead board, paint, toilets, etc. to be installed.

Let's begin the journey...He moved our kitchen wall three feet over. He took out our original bathroom, powder room, and closet. He added a 400 square ft. addition for a bedroom, walk-in closet, and 110 square foot bathroom with double sinks, 11ft cabinet, walk-in threshold free shower complete with a bench matching the tile and countertops. He also did a total remodel and finish of an upstairs bathroom complete with tiled walls in the shower and new commode and sink. This job included a complete restructuring of all plumbing in our home, adding a line to connect to the city sewerage so we could live in our own yard in our fifth wheel while he worked inside our home. This was a life-saver and excellent idea. The kitchen floor is tiled, there are new custom cabinets, granite countertops, all fixtures installed along with travertine added as a backsplash. Under cabinet and can lighting were also added. The walk-in pantry is complete with shelves and tiled floors matching the kitchen and dining area. The original pantry (small) is now a broom closet with the same tile as the kitchen. Lighting throughout our home is perfect. Down a new hallway (original bedroom windows) is a laundry room completely insulated (you can barely hear the machine at work), a cute half bath for guest, and then the entry to our bedroom. On one wall are two regular windows. On the second wall is an 8 X 4 window that lets ambient light in throughout the day. Custom made plantation shutters are arriving soon. Larry kept up with every aspect of the job. He explained everything he was doing, listened to our questions/concerns, and listened to our wishes. He stayed on top of every aspect of the job and was there any time an outside contractor was in our home. He went behind every person doing their part and if something was not done up to his standards, there was a conversation and redo if needed. Our home is a log home constructed of western cedar. Wanting to keep the integrity of the log look, Larry guided us in the direction of fieldstone added to the outside. Awesome! Go to Larry's facebook page for pictures of this project. Awesome! Larry is very knowledgeable on a broad spectrum of construction work. He does amazing work and is educational throughout the entire process. We would recommend him to anyone. I have never been as impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness of an individual as I was with Larry. He returned my calls immediately and was willing to come to my house on a Sunday afternoon to give me an estimate. Although I didn't contract him due to time constraints on my part, I will definitely call on him in the future.

Our home was built in 1959. One of the bathrooms contained the original fixtures--pink and gray tile walls and floor, cast iron tub that desperately needed re-glazing, old fixtures, etc. The other bathroom was an add-on in the 1970s that had been somewhat updated, but still needed attention. He gutted both rooms to the studs and completely renovated everything. Mr. Keel made suggestions that improved the flow of the rooms and his carpentry and craftsmanship insured that the end results were WONDERFUL. Of particular note, his tile work is impeccable. Also, his design for the surround of our drop-in whirlpool tub makes the best use of space and provides a spa-like feel. Mr. Keel coordinated his work efficiently, made the best use of time, and most importantly, always came when he said he would. We definitely recommend Larry Keel, Dynamic Finishings for any renovation job, large or small.

Mr. Keel, came to my home inspected the work that was requested sat down and wrote a contract and we both agreed on the work and the price. He wanted 50% of the cost upfront and although I was concerned (scams) he assured me that he was insured and licensed in GA to do the work. We did have a written agreement if there were any problems. After I was put at ease, I did pay Larry 50% of the cost of the wok. He told me he would start on a particular day and asked if it would be ok to start earlier if the other job he was working would be finished earlier, I said sure. Well 1 week before he was to start he called me and asked me if he could start the work earlier. I told him yes, we agreed upon the date and the time. Upon entry to my home he got right to work, he was neat about his work, and he was also very cautious about my things.In all that this Larry Keel said he kept his word, if I wasn't happy he fixed the issue if I wanted something different he changed it, if anything came up, he would differ to me, he didn't just decide for me. If I asked a question he took the time to explain in detail what I wanted to know, I was treated with respect and with the service I should be given. As I said in the first question, this gentleman has a customer for life.

Larry is the kind of professional you hope to hire, but that you have hard time finding. Give him a call! We had a time crunch and somehow Larry worked us into his full schedule. His professional know-how and experience really showed in his work in our home. The first and main project was several very large repairs to our damaged popcorn-finish ceiling. This was really a rework of a terrible patch job from the previous home owners, so the work involved evening the uneven replacement sheet rock, smoothing joint tape, and refinishing the ceiling. When he finished the first day and wasn't quite satisfied with the outcome, he voluntarily scheduled another time to come back and redo the work. The end result was perfect - really, perfect. You cannot tell he had repaired anything on the ceiling, as the ceiling looks completely even and flat, like it had never been touched after the original build. The second job we asked Larry to complete was putting crown molding onto our kitchen cabinets. Great work! He was quick, efficient, and had great ideas for adding an extra touch to the cabinets. Beautiful, professional work! He was respectful of our home by keeping his work area tidy and draping plastic and cloths where appropriate. He cleaned up after each visit as if it were his own home. He was very personable and genuinely wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work. There were times when Larry had to work in the home without us being there. We felt completely comfortable knowing he would do his job and we could trust him to be at the house without us. We would NOT hesitate to hire Larry for any other work. He has integrity, great work ethic, and professional skills to do any job.

Larry with Dynamic Finishing's was excellent. He was extremely professional and worked fast and accurately. Having worked in the industry before becoming an injured Vet, I knew what to look for in a professional and Larry was it. I was extremely happy with his attention to details and I never felt a need to wonder if he knew what he was doing. When the work was done, he cleaned up the mess and when he left, I didn't need to follow up like other companies I have had do work in the past. I am confident in recommending Dynamic Finishing's to anyone I know that needs work done on their homes with no worries.

We bought a new stove to replace a drop in stove that was original to the home. We were certain that we would have to replace the counter top and pay thousands of dollars in addiiton to our new stove. However, Larry was able to cut threw the existing counter top without damaging it, installed our stove and saved us thousands of dollars! The whole installation took only a few hours and I was very pleased!

We hired Larry on the recommendation of my father-in-law and he did a superior job on the Remodel of Master Bathroom Shower. He drove 2.5 hours each way to the Charlotte area from Augusta for our job and spent many 16 hour days making sure it was done the way that he himself would want it done in his house. He is extremly hard-working and very precise. He used a very skilled method of laying the tile such that each piece was laid exactly how he wanted it and straight at perfect 90 degree angles. He provided valuable input and recommendation on the Schluter Shower system to ensure no future leaks or issues. We love our new shower and tile job and would highly recommend Larry to anyone looking home improvement. He is a pure pleasure to work with, I promise you will not be disappointed!
