Very quick response to initial inquiry and was able to schedule service sooner than expected. Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. Professional and friendly, they did a quality job in less than ideal circumstances (1926 house with plaster/lath walls and combination of new and old knob-and-tube wiring). Pricing was fair. I will be calling these guys to help with the next project!

The first electrician that came was great. Went above and beyond for us. Service cost wasnt nearly as I was expecting. One of the things we needed fixed was of fireplace kept tripping the circuit breaker whenever it was turned on, despite being on a dedicated circuit. It began to function properly when the first technician was at our house so he labeled it as working properly. The next day it did the same thing. Called Helm Electric back and the person on the phone was able to identify the problem instantly. Sent out another technician to swap out the circuit breaker at no cost to me and now everything is working perfectly. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.
