Within an hour of my call, electrician arrived. He did a thorough check, found the problem, and got my pool pump running again. We are going to have them do several projects for us.

The Quality Of The Work Was "Excellent". The Timeliness Of The Technicians Arrival Was "Horrible". Paul & I Agreed Tuesday Morning....Wife Confirmed "Tuesday Morning" BUT Tech: Was Running A Little Late Of His 1st Job......My Wife Called The Office And Was Informed, "Should Be There In Another30/40 Minutes". Tech: Called My Wife And She Was Informed By The "Tech", He Had Personal Business And Would Be There In Approx: 30-45 Minutes....Remembering Now, "We Had A "First On The Books For Tuesday Morning", Which Paul and I Agreed On. Tech: Arrived @ 1:45PM.....Job Took Approx: 40 Minutes...Amen!

Very nice, explained the work and what they were going to do. They gave me a estimate and price range and stayed within it. Mr. Muckenfus and his crew even made sure we knew what they were doing and why. The inspector came and said their work was done well.

Called several electricians around the area and couldn't get any help for months. Called these guys and with in 24 hours the problem was fixed.

They were contracted to do a ceiling wall mount for television. The owner was polite and professional during the initial call. The next day, Jason was sent out to give an estimate. The estimate for the work needed was reasonable so we hired him to perform the work. He moved the outlets and wiring needed as instructed but unfortunately did not leave our direct tv receiver as instructed. He placed it in the ceiling. We are without needed services due to the receiver being placed in the ceiling. We called the owner and was told Jason would come back out. No follow up no phone call. Unacceptable.

Very professional and prompt. Will be using them for my future electrical needs. In addition to the lightning protection service they installed additional outlets in my horse barn and the work was beautiful.
