He called when he said he would call. He came when he said he would come. Great service. Great price. I will use them again.

While I am satisfied with the labor accomplishment, I am highly discouraged from additional services of similar design due to the cost factor which I believe to be extremely high. Upon questioning the service personnel, I was informed that the reason was due to higher labor cost to the firm. With the previous TV mounting service, accomplished in November 2014, I cannot understand that within 90 days the identical work would increase 200%. I arrive at this conclusion due to the November installation being only $150.00 for the same exact project. While understanding that I held the option of not having the work completed, I did have confidence in the professionalism and timeliness of the end result, therefore committed myself. Total cost for the work accomplished was $750.00 which was for no more than 6 hours over two separate visits. A discount for repeat performance would have been nice even though not obligatory.

Paul returned my initial inquiry almost immediately. Did the work requested (installed 4 new ceiling cans in my home office) in a timely fashion and the bill was what I would consider to be very reasonable. We will be using Helm for some future projects as a result. The dry wall installer he recommended, however, never showed up or called.

Fast response. Friendly and I will call them for future projects.

Great service for the price. Had a bit of a challenge reaching them after first in-home visit and estimate for mounting TVs - took an email and text and 24-48 hours but once they responded the set a date and were on time. Great service, but after mentioning need for solution to mount cable box in addition to TV the techs who came to my house did not know of that requirement. That said, they figured out a way to do it. Bottom line is that while there were a couple small communications glitches the work was done well at a price nearly half of what others had quoted for the same job.

Good fair electrical work.

The young man who performed the service was very nice, and despite the difficulties involved performed well, however there should have been two men, even the manufacturer indicated that this was a two man job. I must say I was happy with end result.

Helm Electric responded to my request first thing the morning after I was on the website and had an electrician out a few hours later. He had the attic fan replaced within a couple of hours of first arriving. Everyone I dealt with from this company was very polite and courteous and concerned with taking care of my problem. I am very pleased with the professionalism shown, the quality of work done, and the reasonable price. I would definitely use this company again.

The owner came to estimate the job on the day I contacted the company. An electrician came the next day and replaced the fan. He did an excellent job. I would certainly use them for other projects.

The work was high quality and the professional shown by the Electrician that installed the fan and lights was great., He corrected errors that could have caused potential fires. However, the actual job cost me more than amount quoted . Lesson learned.

Get in writing exactly what will be done for the project. A single switch was specified for the fan but was not installed because of an extra charge - not agreed on at the time of the estimate. Installer did not have all the material needed and had to leave to obtain it. There was a single installer up until the final minutes of the project. The installation was well done. It was just very stressful working with the installer. He never checked the breaker box, but left that up to me. I had to assist him during the project. Did not instill confidence. Did stick to the agreed on price

The work was very well done. The company is very concerned about customer satisfaction.
