+ -1 moreVery professional, customer oriented, knowledgeable, polite, helpful. Attention focused on you while they are engaged with you. Never left us alone to take phone calls or attend to another customer. Delivery was prompt even on special orders. Financing was easy and hassel free. Delivery people were courteous and helpful. Responsive to questions and prompt in returning calls. Kept us informed about staus of special orders on an regular basis. Delivery was smooth and on time as promised. A little pricy but fair given the high quality of the furniture. Excellant customer service. All in all a very positive experience.
Description of Work: We recently purchased a new home and were in need of some furniture to replace some items that we did not move from out of state. After not finding satisfactory furniture stores in Aiken, SC, I googled furniture stores in Augusta. I was impressed with Havarty's web site and we visited the store. We experienced friendly professional service and purchased several pieces of furniture. The store delivered the furniture and set it up in our home
