Description of Work: Our sales person Cassandra was outstanding and the washer and dryer we ordered we priced well. When we left the store that was the end of our positive experience. Delivery was supposed to be Friday (April 19th) evening and we were at the end of their delivery list. The guys were very friendly but did not have the proper cords to hook up the dryer. They told us they would be back Saturday or at the very least Monday to finish the job. By 7:00 PM Saturday I finally called the store and they had no knoledge of what we going on, I then called Cassandra who got into it and set us up for a Monday delivery. Then the store called and had no information abnout what was going on. I finally called the store and talked the manager who said he would see that we got a Monday service time, but could not say when. Excuse me, we were suposed to have this done ON Friday. YIou would have thought we would be their first stop Saturday morning. We will not be doing ay further business with these morons.

 + -1 moreTheir service is not really good. Once we finally got the appliances, they worked okay but they brought the wrong size and wrong item totally. Once they got their money, they do not care anymore. The appliances were okay. The only problem is the people working.
Description of Work: I used Gregg Appliances for appliance sales. We bought appliances from them such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and other stuff.
