This is the third time in the last two years that we have used Gracy for our cleaning needs. Each time he has been prompt, thorough and worked very hard to remove difficult stains. I appreciate his willingness to take the extra time on difficult spots. No, I am not a relative, neighbor or friend. I do appreciate professionalism and pride of workmanship and that is what I have seen with this company.

Stains came back.

They do a wonderful job. I have been through four different companies and I'm sticking with Gracy as long as they will have me.

They did a terrible job. They were almost an hour late for the appointment. It took them a long time to complete the job and they left my carpet soaking wet. They didn’t clean any of the stains. I feel they weren’t very professional. I tried to call them to correct the issues. The phone number I was given to get in contact with them was disconnected. I will never use this company again.

Company arrived on time and went to work. The work took 1.5 hours. Carpets were clean! It took about 12 hours to dry but the carpets were clean. The owner and his assitant were very polite and personable. Pricing was well below other company's quotes.

Arrived on time and worked quickly. Very professional and polite. My only complaint was that the rugs were too wet. I wish they were more careful in applying the rug cleaning solution. The drying time for the carpets as well as wetness that spilled onto the hardwood floors would have decreased. Some of the spots returned and this also could have been because of too much solution.

I couldn't stay to see the finished job, and unfortunately they did not get some red pen marks out of the carpet. My landlady had someone come in and finish the job before I could call them back, so in all fairness they did not have the opportunity to fix it which they may have done. The marks were very obvious and should have been caught. Otherwise, everything else was great. They were timely and courteous and did the work for a good price.

Provider came on time. Friendly, professional personality. Got the job done. Expressed appreciation for the opportunity and left.

They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I had some pet stains that I was affraid wouldn't come but they were able to eliminate them without too much effort. Also you can't beat the price!!!!

Since my 6 month old is about to begin crawling, it was time to make sure our carpets are as clean as possible! My housekeeper recommended Gracy Enterprises who has done some upholstery cleaning at her house. The arrived promptly at 9:30 a.m. as scheduled, were very polite introducing themselves and shaking my hand (a rarity with service professionals these days!) They asked me what I wanted and explained how they operated. They were courteous, asking me if it was okay to go through one of the bedrooms with their equipment and were careful not to make a mess. The carpet cleaning itself was superb, and they were very efficient with getting in and out. They also do upholstery among other things. I will definitely use them again!
