replacement windows
+ -1 moreWe were doing some repair on the house and the window was broken and said bring it down to Glass Service Center and we’d pick it up in a few days. They said, do the best you can and they just did some work by gluing a piece of silicone glass to try and repair it when it could not be repaired. My workman went down to pick it up and they said we can’t fix it. I brought the bill back from Southern Roofing who fixed it and asked that they give me $24 back for the repair charge which didn’t include the cost for the sheet of glass. They should have declined the job and just said “sorry, we can’t fix this” rather than taking it and charging me to do the work on it. I have dealt with them before and hadn’t had problems.
