We waited and waited for them to start the work .Each day was a different story why the work was not started. We were told they have insurance and all the necessary tools to do the work, Were told they have many people working for them and three roofing crews. When the roofers finally started we found they do not have sufficient insurance and no equipment necessary to preform the work. They did a terrible job starting the shingles, destroyed the grounds around where they were working. Each day when they left after working only a few hours per day, the grounds were trashed and things left in a mess. After a few days work the shingles they put up were falling down, not straight and it was evident they did not know what they were doing. They were told not to come back. As for the wrought iron they finally started it without sufficient insurance but only had two men to work on it. We were told many people would be working on the wrought iron. When they were ready to pressure wash under the balconies, we were ask to remove all items from the patios. When we ask them to start on a certain building where there was little on the patios , we were told "if you want to do this job get out here and do it, if you don't then get back in there" Needless to say they were told to leave. Have never experienced anything like this. We have learned all the work is subed out and Mr. Ginn does not go out to look at or estimate jobs. Mr. Ginn has apologized for the roofers saying he thought they could do the work.
