Alec came out and diagnosed the problem and didn't charge for the initial visit. He told me about the costs of hard drives at the time and suggested a rebuilt one due to the tsunami problems in Asia causing the news ones to cost over $200. He ordered the hard drive for me, called me when he got a lead on another one that was sightly cheaper, got it and came out to the house to replace it. He called on the day he was supposed to arrive to reschedule due to another client taking more time than he had expected. He came out on a Sunday afternoon to do the final job! About three weeks later I ran into a snag on my computer and called him. He told me to run a program on the computer and see if that would fix the problem. If that didn't work he wanted me to let him know, but to call him either way :-) Like I said, great folks to work with!
