Bobby Quoted $1,000 for 6 hours of work for the repairs and cleaning of the A/C unit for $69.99. He broke it down and said 2 guys for 3 hours a piece (Makes sense). When I tried to contact him to set up the appointment to have the work done a week and a half later, he had a memory lapse and couldn't remember the job. He supposedly sent guys out again to measure while I was at work. At this point he refused to communicate with me and only my realtor -although I'm writing the check and I own the house? Since at this point my realtor become his only contact point, they set up all the appointments (frustrating right?). He proceeded to no show for 3 days in a row while I waited around. At this point my realtor reaffirmed that they would over see that he shows and performs the work. On day 4, a single guy is dropped off to work by himself for 1 hour. A second guy then returns and they proceed to finish the job in 2 hours (11:30am to 1:45pm). This would make sense to then charge for 3 hours of labor according to Bobby's original math. No, they delivered a bill of $1,004 to my realtor. Lesson learned. If they no show once, find someone else.

Originally it went well then I had to call him back out. He fixed the block by replacing the tubing and showed me exactly what the problem was (filters and all). In all honesty this guy works with a level of integrity and I truly appreciate it.

Totally happy I will never deal with anyone else but bobby. He fixed my air and even did a few things he didn't have to do, just to get the job done right. There were no hidden costs or anything done I didn't want or need. He is a total professional

Great service. Very thorough and professional. He offers a discount for military, fire, police and teachers. We will be using him again. The last couple of techs from other companies were not competent HVAC techs. You will be satisfied with this company.

They were prompt. They came right out that day and they fixed the problem and it was good. They left the house cleaned and did a real good job. It wasn't anything I didn't like about them. I have used them two or three times last summer. As a matter of face the first time that he came we were kind off short with the money and he just let us pay what we had and let come in and pay the rest and that was just a blessing. This does not usually happen when service rendered you have to pay. They were real good about it and they are real good people. They were reasonable in price. I would continue to use them.
