 + -1 moreFrank Lee is a GREAT mortgage guy! We have used him for several mortgages and he is always thorough and discreet. Frank is the only mortgage guy that has ever been to any of my house closings to make sure everything is all right and in order! I would strongly recommend Frank Lee and First Bank mortgage to any one!
Description of Work: Frank Lee originated a mortgage for us and helped us finance our house.

 + -1 moreWe don't actually have a mortgage with them. They basically only charge when they originate a mortgage and they haven't done that for a couple of years. Everything is outstanding about them, especially the mortgage broker we use. His name is Peter Franklin. Every time we have had to deal with a mortgage issue we call him.
Description of Work: We recently talked to First Bank Mortgage for advice. The mortgage broker we use all the time works for them.

 + -1 morePeter Franklin knows the mortgage and finance industry well. He is honest and trustworthy. I would not buy a mortgage from anyone else. He is just a great guy and very personable. This is one guy you can really trust to provide an honest opinion. He really cares about his customers. I have asked Peter for advise on other financial matters and can trust his advise.
Description of Work: We met Peter Franklin 16 years ago when he did our first home mortgage. We refinanced our original loan in 2000 and really brought our payments down. We recently sold our home and moved to a new home in 2007. Peter Franklin did our home mortgage. He contacted us in January 2009, when rates went down and we refinanced again and saved a bunch on our loan. He is a great guy, and we have been friends for many years.
