I took weeks to just get a response, but no one followed through on potential solutions.

They were very good. They did a very good job. They were very timely. They called to set up an appointment. They called shortly before arriving to make sure it was a good time for them to arrive. They were very professional.

Jeff at Fireplace Grills & More was very helpful in helping us choose the right insert for our fireplace. Our hearth has a raised fireplace, so we wanted to go with an insert that would be flush with the fireplace opening and the hearth, after doing some research we went with a Matrix by Osburn. Jeff and his team let us know when the unit arrived and when they would be available to install it. On the agreed upon date and time Jeff and his crew arrived, we were a little concerned because it was dark (in January), but they assured us that it was normal to install units in the dark. The team was polite and keep everything clean, placing packing blankets on the hardwood floors to protect them and wearing shoe covers in the house. The insert went in without a problem and we enjoyed a fire that very night. The next morning I went on the roof and inspected the work on the flue and the flue covering and it was great, no issue; they used high powered lighting while working on the chimney. After the allotted curing period for the stove, I was able to keep that area of that house at a very comfortable (warm) 72.
