Great job! So far so good, fence gate seems to be holding up fine. They worked in the rain for hours repairing our fence and then came back the next day to install the gates. I was surprised to see him working while it was raining so I went out and stood with him...rarely do you see that kind of service any more. He was quick, clean, and professional. Wish I had used them for my original fence installation.

Their prices are fair. The service was quick and the work was good.

They responded very quickly to our request for a quote. They came out when they said they would and completed the fence in two days (just as they said). They did an awesome job including sinking the posts into cement. The fence looks great!

Never followed up

The job they did was superior to the fence they removed. The gates they installed were on metal frames and swing freely. They added spring to pull the gates closed. So there is no chance that one will be left open accidentally and no more dragging on the ground. They also put up a chain link fence over night while the post set in the cement. I didn't have to worry about my dogs getting out. Really nice people

The provider was quick to schedule, timely, professional and also quick to get back with the final estimate. The provider offered additional ideas and suggestions for alternative plans to consider. When the time comes to get the work done, I will definitely be calling them back again.

couldn't even get them to come do an estimate.. I had an appointment for an estimate at 10 and they called and 8 saying they had to cancel. I have called back three times and each time they said they would call back to make a new appointment. and i have not received a call back. this was 4 days ago!

Immediate and prompt written estimate. Happy to adjust job specs to my desires and difficult terrain. Multiple options listed and priced on estimate for me to compare and evaluate. Prompt responses via email as I compared and evaluated multiple bids. While a reputable high volume contractor was constantly telling me what he could/would do, Fance-fence wanted to know what I WANTED them to do. Price quote was comparable to most and below the high volume contractor, with more services offered. Installation went seamlessly - very professional workmanship and constant tireless effort. Work was completed as promised and looks terrific. My wife is exceptionally pleased. Fance-fence is a small business with big service - I cannot say how pleased I have been with the process. I will not hesitate to call on them again or to recommend them to any of my friends.

To be perfectly honest, I can't recall ever having worked with a company as professional, yet as nice and easy to deal with, as Heather Stewart and the crew of Fanc-e Fence. I was impressed with everyone from first call to the office to a handshake at the end of the job. Heather came out and measured, helped me decide what kind of fencing would work best for what I needed. She was fun to be with, enjoyable in every aspect, straight to the point, honest, and quick. We set a date for fencing to begin and the guys were here exactly when they said they would be. They worked hard, knew what they were doing, were prepared for everything. It was wonderful watching them. The final outcome was beautiful fencing, straight and strong, at a price that pleased in a time frame that suited perfectly. A friend passed by and commented on the 10' gate at the back of the property, "That gate is outstanding!" I am completely pleased, surprised at how good they were and how nice at the same time. Professional, but enjoyable. This is not the norm in dealing with most companies. I am proud of this fence. I would recommend Fanc-e Fence to anyone, anytime, anywhere! Joy Thomas
