+ -1 moreI was an 82 year old customer of several years. Four months after my wife of 61 years died, I moved in with my daughter in ATL and initiated the sale of my home and a change of address. Four months after the last service was rendered, I finally received a final bill to my new address—along with a notice that the account had been sent to collections. Great way to show care and compassion toward a long term customer. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: Lawn care was fine but beware of sloppy and inconsiderate back end office processes
