The porch was worth every single penny it cost us. It is a very inexpensive way to add a three season room to your house.

They came out and installed a patio cover which I was happy with, but there were three leaks on the initial installation. I thought that it was a problem with the patio cover, when it was actually the roof and there was a lack of communication. I wish they would have told me that I had a roof that had poor workmanship which was causing the leak on the brand new patio cover. Before installation, they noticed rotten wood after removal of the gutters but went ahead and installed the roof knowing there was rotten wood.

Workmanship is beautiful, I would highly recommend them

Small business that had four month backlog, but finished the work in four days. No "punch list" necessary.

Clark Carter is the rudest man I have ever met. I stopped pymt. on $690.00 until what he called punch list was completed because our door would not close. He fired two of the employees, sent someone else out to fix it and to caulk the tile floor which they cut wrong. Still waiting. He was very rude and offensive because of holding back the $690. His crew is sad.

High quality workmanship. Showed up on time each day. Crew was great. Finished the project as scheduled. Very willing to work with us as we made changes during the construction. Highly recommend Clark and his crew at Express Sunrooms.

I love my front and pack patios, but there?s a lot of stuff I would like done differently. They were poured in the height of the season and it took a while to get everything done. They ran out of concrete on the first day and it took over a week to be able to get more. To finish, they cut grooves all across the existing concrete and then filled it in, but left the grooves. There are still screws in my sidewalk from where they bolted down the frame supports, they didn?t put the downspouts back on in the front, and they said someone would come out to pressure wash it and that never happened. There are clumps of concrete splatter everywhere on the patios, and a huge dollop of concrete in my grass. All of the workers were very polite and nice. They worked hard and did a good job, butI just wished it had been ?finished ? better.

Replaced windows in 1976 home. 1. Great service. They were fast, efficient, and replaced 10 large windows in less than 8 hours. 2. Great price. Fantastic quality at a better price than every comparable competitor. 3. Pros: a. Very pleased with the windows and style. Helped reduce my summer electric bill by half, in conjunction with a new A/C Unit. b. Incredibly efficient, they were done by the time I got home from work.4. Cons: a. Old windows had to be smashed out because of the way they were installed, could not be salvaged. - 1 year since purchase/install, still doing great.

Clark Carter and his crew are in a class of their own. Clark was extremely informative, detailed, and accurate in all the information he gave. He answered all my questioins, went out of his way to provide me with all of my options. The crew was always on time, professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.. They even corrected electrical problems left by a previous contractor. I would recommend Mr. Carter and Express Sunrooms to anyone, anytime! Buy local! :o))

I was well pleased with all aspects of the process; the response time, the friendly and professional attitude, the quick solution to my problem deck/roof and the completion of the project. The staff and crew were very capable and helpful.
