The job was very professional from beginning to end. Good communication, and everything was well explained. The removal of the old deck was excellent. There was no damage to any other structure and cleanup was excellent. The new deck is so much better than he old one - even with using the basic deck materials. Extremely solid, ascetically beautiful, and the workmanship is obvious from the perfectly plumb and square construction to the tight and square joints. All around excellent work!

Clark and his crew did exceptional work in a timely manner. I have a very large area in the front of my house that a large window had to be special ordered. I had to make a decision on two different models of windows. Clark helped me make my decision explaining the curb appeal one had over the other. I am very happy with the choice Clark helped me with. As each project was completed, I had communication with Clark. The old windows (single pane) were hauled off, the rotten wood, from the overhang where the soffit and fascia were installed, was hauled off and my old roof material was hauled off without leaving any debris in my yard. They also tore down my old deck cover and saved good material, aluminum sheets, so I could reuse it for another purpose and replaced it with an more manageable option. Express Sunrooms did excellent work on screening in my 12x12 patio. They called me back right away and gave me the best price out of 4 companies. The cost was nearly half of what others quoted.

I called and left my name, number and a description of services needed. I also left my number. No one ever called back.

Do not use this company! My deck demo started before the permit was approved. This meant we had no access to the back door for 3 weeks, while nothing was done. Fast forward, the deck took 5 weeks to “complete”, well past the 5-7 working days we were quoted. We now we sit at six months and our back deck has failed Columbia County inspection twice, still no updates from the company. The railing is loose and unsafe for kids to be outside (deck is 12ft off the ground). Several of the footers are not attached properly and the ceiling fan wiring is still exposed. There is still debris and trash from their work littered under the deck. It looks like I paid some 14 y/o kids to trash my yard. I feel like I’ve been cheated out of $18K and I can’t even get a text or call back from the owner. Crooks.

It went very well. The crew sent out was professional, friendly and quick to explain everything that was going to happen. They took their time to ensure everything was done right. They also made sure that we were happy with the finished product and they cleaned up behind themselves.

I would not use them again. They were suppose to give me a bid on it, but didn't want the job. They were not very responsive. I would not recommend them.

This company did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. The installation crew was highly experienced, efficient, and professional. Management was actively engaged throughout the whole process - from assessing the job; providing a detailed written estimate; then following up as the work was being done to ensure customer satisfaction. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use this company again!

A highly professionally built, beautiful transformation of an existing open deck was made to our home. Clark Carter and his expert, highly skilled crew completely changed the look of our ugly, limited use deck into a beautiful maintenance-free porch. His pricing was absolutely fair and far less than his competitors in the CSRA.

The estimate was very competitive. The workers were prompt and friendly. Very satisfied with the job.

This effort took about 2 months since the concrete pad needed to cure and the windows took about 3 weeks to be custom fabricated for our room. They quickly repaired a corner on the concrete pad that broke loose. About 1-1/2 weeks were used to revise much of the electrical because we live in a town that is notorious for having building inspectors that require extra work that adjacent municipalities don't require. The contractor did the extra work that the inspector required and did not charge us extra. The contractor quickly handed 4 punch list items to finish up the job. P.S. The contractor completed warranty work to repair a window frame and screen window that was damaged when our 50 pound dog tried to run through the screen. This was completed even before the electrical services were reworked. The dog was stopped by the very strong window and screen!

Everything went as planned/expected. No surprises. We were given a time frame for the project and it was done on time. Quality of work is great. The crew was great!

Our original plans to add a Sunroom to our home expanded to remodeling the entire back of the house! Our final decision was to remove walls, replace windows, extend the roof line etc. The design became quite involved. Therefore, we elected to hire a general building contractor to provide us with a major renovation. Clarke Carter helped us "find our way" through the process. He was always courteous, helpful & of high integrity. We would highly recommend Clarke & his Company (Express Sunrooms) to anyone who was looking for an affordable, attractive addition to their house.

He did a great job. I have met him and he gave us a quote and did some work for us. By the time we got there the next morning, they already started tearing off the roof and it was incredible. I can't believe it because a lot of roofers don't show up. They cleaned up everything and it was okay. The price was also good.

It was really well. They were very friendly and very professional. They had sent two guys over here to work on it and they were on time. I think, overall, they did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after their work. Express Sunrooms usually does windows and when they tiled my floor it was something extra that they did. I shop around for that and they were the best price, I thought, with the tiling job. They were very busy and I think they were backed up because we went to the show they had downtown and they were pretty busy but they were always in contact and they did apologize. It probably took a month from the beginning till the end but I understood because they were busy and they did apologize for that.

We called for estimate done on 3/20/14. Huey came out same day, explained his suggestions and gave written proposal, which we signed and agreed to start after Masters. We were removing two small awnings and installing one tremendous one to cover an entire play area for the dogs, extending over the fencing for use on rainy days. Called to let us know to expect delivery on 3/16/14. They started tearing down old ones right away, getting started on prep work for new cover. Even with an afternoon lost due to rain, the entire project was complete and cleaned up Monday 4/21. Great job. Beautiful work! Courteous workers, great clean up. Would definitely do this all over again! Extremely happy with this company!

It's absolutely beautiful! The colors match perfectly and the work was excellent. They were very hands on which was great.

Clark told us the day we committed to the project that he would require only our patience. We did not pay anything until the project was nearly completed. We had a few last minute changes that were handled nicely. It was not a fast process, but the end result is a really beautiful upgrade to our home.

They were pretty impressive, and they got it really fast. It worked for me as soon as I can get the money. The guy who runs it was really responsive. I got a hold of him pretty much every time I called, and If I can get him directly he called back in 30 to 45 minutes. He is really easy to talk to, and easy work with. He came out a couple of times to survey the area. He worked with me on how I wanted it to get done. Their discount was good.

I met with Clark and discussed my thoughts on what type and style of cover I was wanting over the deck. Clark was very receptive to what I had to say and made suggestions, I was very comfortable with his ideas and we agreed on a style and price, which was very reasonable as compared to other quotes I had gotten. Clark explained that he could start the work in a week as it would take that long to have the material manufactured, The following week Clark and his crew arrived and got to work installing the cover over the deck, after two days they had the cover installed and the work area cleaned up. The entire time they worked on this project, all members of the crew were very professional, courteous and friendly, I am very pleased with the work they did at the time and since the install. We had a leak appear at one of the seams and they came right out and worked to correct the problem, (service after the sale) which is exactly what I had expected and was not disappointed. I would use Express Sunrooms again for future projects.

Clark and his crew had replaced my roof and I felt the professionalism and quality of work on that job was what I wanted for this job. The estimate was better than others I had received and Clark listened to what I wanted and expected when the job was done. The work was started and completed within the time frame promised. The crew was very professional, cleaning up as they went. When a problem was noticed after completion of the job, Clark and his crew responded quickly and made any repairs or changes needed. I am very pleased with the work performed and will consider Clark for any additional jobs and will recommend him to my friends.

Clark came to the house to give me an estimate on a different job I was thinking about and during the visit the conversation came around to the fact I needed to have the roof replaced. Clark offered to give me an estimate on the roof, I accepted the estimate and a date was set to start the work. The material and crew arrived as scheduled and the work was performed in a professional manner to include all cleanup at the end of the job. I am very pleased with the work done by Clark and his crew.
