Very well. Very informative, knowledgeable and patient on first meeting. Went over all details start to finish and answered all my questions. Appreciated being provided larger samples so that I could get a better view of colors. Mr. Dey is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Everything was done on the timeline presented. Kept in touch throughout the process which I liked; particularly after work was done to go over a few things.

Always and every time the work was done just like it ought to be. For example, they helped us get windows installed, 27 of them. This summer we had the work done, and this Fall we are thinking we'll be very happy. Our electric bill has dropped, and we can't find a draft! Through Evans Exterior we have spent quite a lot of money, approaching $20,000.00. We consider it money very well spent. They are excellent people who know how to do what they do.

The owner of this company took the time to explain what he would be doing and showed us the materials he would be using. He let us choose the colors we wanted for the roof and gutters. Even though they suggested removing the old turbines vents because we already had ridge vents they installed it back on our suggestion for extra ventilation. They came to work real early in the morning and finished the roof the same day. They did a fantastic and tidy job - all nails and old shingles were hauled away. They left us a pack of the same shingles just in case we need them for replacement. 3 year labor warranty was included. The gutters were all done very neatly with gutter sheilds. Holes created by insects in the wood were caulked before installing the gutters. Any concerns we had were addressed and they reinspected their work and redid somethings like caulking the turbine vent base. We are very pleased with the company for taking the trouble to listen to us and do exactly what we wanted. This company pays attention to what you want and we liked that. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

From the start the lead guy was very professional yet also down to earth and relatable. He explained to me in terms I could understand that my chimney was the cause of the leak. He also explained the process from removal to cleanup. The whole process was fast, and in the end I was very happy.

Replacement of roofing and installation of ridge vent. I was very impressed with quality and timing of the job. Everything was done as said and we will use company again for replacement of windows.
