I bought the appliances in may and June in 2005. I had service agreements with them and all 3 appliances started to break down in Feb. of 2008. When the service agreements were expired in May and June I didn't renew them because there had already been numerous service calls and they were still unable to fix them. I kept calling the service company to fix them even after the service agreement had expired. Elextrolux would allow them to come and fix them. The service agreement says that if the appliances can not be repaired they would be replaced. They came out 5 times on the washer machine 8 times on the fridge and just once on the dryer. I asked the service people when they declare the dryer wouldn't be able to get fixed. They have came out and worked on the fridge 8 times and it still throws ice at you when you open the fridge door. They came to repair the washer 5 times and it took them 4 weeks to get a repair man here to do that. Electrolux claims that they didn't have any service calls in June because that is when the service agreement expired. I have 3 appliances that don't work. Their service agreement is worthless and I have paid several hundreds of dollars a year for the service agreements. Electrolux told me that even though I had bought my dryer new it had been perviously owned.
Description of Work: After the warranty (1 year) I bought a service agreement for the 3 appliance I bought from them.
