From the first time we met these guys at the Home Show to their follow up, everything could not have been better. We literally have a new exterior to our home and it is spectacular. They actually looked for problems with the wood and repaired everything, applied several coatings, d d*** near gave us a new refinished out decks and wood gave us the look of a new home. Friendly, professional and downright fun to have around. I Recommend these guys to anyone!!!!

I was speaking to a friend about trying to find a painter when she recommended Depend A Coat. When I called to schedule the appointment I spoke With Jonathan. He came out and walked the job and explained what they could do for me and gave me options between paint and a coating to fit my budgetary needs. After learning of the benefits and warranties of the coating we decided to go with that option. Jonathan was prompt on giving us a quote and scheduling the job. Unfortunately due to the weather we were delayed a few days but we were informed that this could be a concern and was prepared for weather delays. During the job we were visited by either Jonathan or Paul to make sure the job was going smoothly and schedules were being met. When the job was complete they did a great job on cleaning up the area and walking the completed job to see if we had any questions or concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a house painted. We will use them again when we have our deck refinished. Thank you Jonathan and Paul great work.

It was weird... I met John at the Augusta Home and Garden Expo and gave him my information because I was interested in having my house "painted". Between then and the time he contacted me, I had heard some disturbing things about the company and that it was essentially a renamed company that had caused a lot of damage in the past. When he called me I asked him about this and he assured me that it was not the same company but that there was some kind of fuzzy affiliation that I never quite understood. He did say that he did not want to do work for me if I was not 100% confident and that he would send me an email with some pictures of work he did and references from satisfied customers. I was agreeable to this but I never heard from him. So I can't really say if they are good or "bad" but I definately think caution is a good idea when dealing with this company.

We thought they were excellent. They are very expensive but again the quality is really good. You get your money's worth. It is a very high quality product that they are delivering so you got to pay a lot of money for it.

Started work in late January or early February 2012. Workers did not seem to pay attention to detail, i.e., paint globs and "spiderwebbing" between deck boards; some areas of undercoating barely covered. Soon after "finishing" (the first time) the deck began to peel. Mr. Francis did try very hard to make it right to the point of putting new boards on most of the lower deck. However, the work seemed to be put on "the back burner" and workers showed up perhaps 1-2 hours per day and still refused to pay attention to detail. Work was finally completed in early July - with a stack of ripped up boards lying on the grass for all those months. I would not recommend this paint for uncovered decks - money would have been better spent on something like Trex. Upright surfaces might work better - have no way of knowing about that.

After emailing dependacoat for an estimate the salesperson/ co-owner Jonathan contacted me very quickly and we set up a date/ time for him to look over job. He was very professional and definitely on time for our appointment. He explained the concept of what dependacoat actually is and the fact that I should never have to paint these areas again. We agreed on the estimated price and work began on schedule. The worker assigned to the job showed up each day on time and was very professional. Jason explained the overall process and answered all my questions. Areas that needed to be touched up after final inspection were promptly taken care of prior to me paying the balance of the job cost. The job was completed on time and within the estimated price. Overall job was complete success and I will definitely look to this company for any future painting I may need.

Everything went very well, representative was on time. Actually a little early which was fine with me. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail. This was my 1st time getting an estimate for painting that is suppose to have a lifetime guarantee so I am not really sure about the price. I am in the process of getting another estimate from a different company to compare.

They took the paint off and repainted. It was an architectural coating that they put on. I would most definently recommend them. They came early and stayed late with no goofing off at work.
