+ 0 moreWe had lots of questions, and Ed Hodge, the owner, was very patient and answered them all. We had checked with other flooring retailers, and decided the service we received at Dalton Direct, along with the competitive pricing was enough for us to choose them. The installers showed up when they said they would and it took about an hour and a half to rip out the old carpet and install the new carpet. They did a great job and the carpet is beautiful!
Description of Work: I purchased carpet for an 11x11 bedroom from Dalton Direct and they installed it in my home.

+ -1 moreThey are very nice people to work with. The tiles are fabulous--if you need to replace one, it is very easy to do on your own. The tiles don't scuff easily, which I love. It was an excellent experience and an excellent product.
Description of Work: They installed new tile flooring in our kitchen that looks like granite.
