Two guys came to give me an estimate and wanted to do the work on the spot. They told me a part for the tub (a Delta cartridge) cost $275.00. To fix the toilet in addition would bring the total cost to $370.00. Got another estimate aand another plumber. The work on the tub, the cartridge and repair of the toilet, including the parts for it, cost only $159.95.

Rob is an excellent and HONEST professional. He tells you from the get go what to expect. He will not and quot;blow smoke up your dressand quot;...if it can't be fixed and fixed properly he won't fix it! PERIOD. He told me when he got here - this is either going to be $85 OR $265.00 if a shower cartridge has to be replaced. Luckily for me - this was an easy fix...but I was fully prepared for the worst should it happen. If you want someone that is going to treat you fairly, do quality work, show up when he says he's going to...call CSRA Plumbing.

It went extremely well. Mr. Rupprecht responded in a prompt manner to our initial call. He arrived for an appointment at the exact time promised. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing and why. He did not charge a and quot;trip chargeand quot; and we paid exactly what he estimated for the work. We will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

It shows when someone has pride in their work. Prompt, professional, and mindful of the safety and cleanliness of my home.

We could not be happier with the work!!!!! Highly recommend these two contractors. We liked Rich's work so much we had him come back 2 weeks later and install new fireplace doors, reface the column of the fireplace with stone (which required shoring up subflooring to bear the weight in our three story home). Rob is great, very trust worthy and a diplomatic straight shooter when it comes to the parts/ equipment he installs- he explained to us in a very nice way lets not put junk back in to replace the junk we are taking out. I appreciated that because to me that shows integrity. I will highly recommend Rob and use again in the future. Very professional appearance and price very reasonable.

It went very well! Rob immediately showed me the external dryer vent and the back-up of lint. I knew something was wrong with my dryer because it was taking 2 cycles for clothes to dry. Rob, confirmed this when I looked inside and could see the build-up of lint. Don't waste your time trying to pick someone out of the phone book or through a website. Go with someone that is highly recommended on Angie's List and get the work done by a professional and done right the first time. Even if it is a few dollars extra, it is worth the money to spend when there is peace of mind knowing you won't have to have repeat visits because the work wasn't done correctly.

This company was an excellent choice...at first. Rob came and replaced and installed new hot water heater for us in March. We also had a bathtub faucet that would not turn off and he agreed that we needed to replace it. We had an older model faucet with three handles and he suggested we convert it to a single handle faucet, as those are easier to find. He agreed on an excellent price for the job and said we would schedule it after master's week. We called him to schedule this job, which he called a faucet remodel, and there were a few conflicts in schedule. We finally scheduled it for today between 9 and 930. I emailed him two days ago to verify he was still coming and never received a response. I worked out my work schedule to be here for him to come today and he never showed up. He never emailed or called to let me know the plans had changed. He also will not answer my calls, as I have called him on both numbers listed on his website both from my personal phone and a different number. I left a message early this morning, right after the missed appointment. By 1PM, I still had not heard back from him so I called again and he answered the phone and hung up on me every time I called (3 times). This is the business number that is listed on his site and I find it very unprofessional that he did not show up, did not provide any type of communication, and answers and hangs up his phone so you will quit calling. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am so surprised by this strange behavior, as he was a pleasure to deal with in the past. As to the response from the company...complete lies! I already had the faucet, the three handle one, when he came to do the hot water heater. He didn't call to ask what model it was, because it was here when he came. He did say he wouldn't recommend that model and that I should get a Delta. I had to return it anyway because he decided to do a remodel to put a single handed faucet instead, and I got the Delta he told me to get! Then the scheduling issues arose and he said he couldn't come because his daughter had to have surgery. He never told me he wasn't going to come because of the faucet I bought, and I have the emails to prove it. What a joke! Luckily, I found a more dependable plumber that didn't feel it was necessary to cut away my tile and convert to a single handed faucet and our tub works just fine now.

I called and was able to speak directly to the owner of the company. Rob came out himself and showed up on time, even with my short notice. He was very friendly and easy to trust in my home. He immediately went to work and fixed the problem. This company uses drug-free employees with a professional appearance. I'll definitely use this company again.leading to it, stolen by copper thie

Thanks to Angie's List, I was able to view other Angie's List members comments about various plumbers in the area and I chose CSRA Plumbing to perform services at my residence. My experience with CSRA Plumbing went extremely well. Having previously used a different plumber who charged just for showing up, I decided to try a different plumber. I just got tired of paying a fee for the plumber just showing up and suspected the plumbers were on commission because of recommended fixes and equipment. It seems to me that a better business model would be to charge for estimates only when services were not rendered rather than to add the fee to the total charges. Mr. Rob Rupprecht of CSRA Plumbing was on time and worked quickly and efficiently to determine the source of the leak. At out request, he removed and capped sprayer rather than try to replace a tool we don't use. While he was at our residence, I asked that he look at some other items for possible work at a later date. Mr. Rupprecht freely gave his opinions and provided up front quotes on a toilet we were thinking of replacing. He also provided suggestions on how to detect the origins of a leak from an upper floor to our false ceiling tile. He did not charge for the advice.

I called and left messages twice. He never called back.

He is wonderful. He is prompt. He communicates well. He leaves no messes and is very neat. He is very helpful in his suggestions. He doesn't cut corners, but he does it as inexpensively as possible.

We spent a little over $500. We would absolutely recommend him to others. He was very competent and pleasant. It was a pleasure to talk to him. He came with the desire to fix everything as if it was his own problem which we usually don't see. I will use him again in the future.

We called on a Sat morning and got a response in 5 minutes. Early the next week Rob performed a free estimate and provided a couple of options of how to complete the job and the differences in gas flow and installation cost. He also took the time to give more information about tankless water heaters, the current gas piping layout in the house and some tips about the gas water heater to protect it from damage. The day of the install he called an hour before the appointment to cancel because another customer had a major leak, we were able to reschedule the next day and the work was completed (and he restarted the water heater ), ) As a new home owner it was great to learn about all these plumbing systems, especially when we were just paying for the dryer install. We've found our plumber and would recommend this company to others.

The over-all quote for the other work needing to be performed was rather expensive so we hired another plumber to do the work.

I sent in an email service request on Sunday when I finally decied to do something about my leaky faucet and gassy smelling stove. Rob called Monday morning to set up an appointment for that afternoon. He worked with me on the time and arrived axactly when he said he would. He then evaluated the situation with the gas connection and the faucet, gave me a price up-front, and then efficiently made the repairs. He went an extra step when he checked the pipes under the house to make sure there was not any further problem with gas. He was polite and informative and I will certainly call CSRA Plumbing the next time I have a need.
