Actual experience and results were much less than expected. The quality of work was less than acceptable with only a single coat of paint being applied in most places after stating two coats were included in the pricing. The owner and the workers were less than professional leaving a messy job site daily, damaging landscaping, and dripping paint. Creative Painting never returned to complete the job after receiving partial payment ($6,000) and never provided any type of warranty information.
Description of Work: We have a two story, lap siding home with single pane windows that needed fresh paint in preparation for selling the home. After receiving several estimates for exterior painting, we selected Creative Painting, despite being highest, due to promises of 1) quality, 2) transferable warranty, 3) timing to complete. Work to be completed included cleaning and prepping house for paint, 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration paint with transferable warranty(same color as existing), re-glazing of windows as needed.
