Countersync

Overall, the process went well and the finished product is just we had hoped for. Countersync staff at the showroom were very professional and courteous. The project was completed on sxchedule.. The cost was relatively high compared to a traditional grouted tile system but not unreasonable for the Corian solid surface installation. The installers were efficient and courteous and ultimately produced a quality installation. They however did a fair amount of cosmetic damage to other walls, door frames and ceiling. I understand that moving and installing large panels in a small space would inevitably lead to some damage, but there was no effort made to remedy this ancillary damage or otherwise compensate for it. Additionally, they made no more than a token effort effort to clean up the construction debris.

Wonderful from start to finish. Bill spent a Saturday morning with us answering our questions when we stopped by Countersync on a whim (it's very near our house) while trying to decide between solid surface and stone for our kitchen. He gave us lots of information, did not pressure us, and showed us tons of available options in the showroom. We saw very quickly that we could probably get a very high end product that looked like stone but had all the wonderful qualities of solid surface (having had both in my kitchens, I really do prefer the solid surface for care and maintenance!). We sheduled an appointment with Bill for estimates. Bill came out and did the estimates, bringing large sample tiles of our front-running choices. From the time we made our decision to "go" to completion of our project was less than two weeks. They do all the prep work in their local shop, so we just ran our undermount sink over to them, and they mounted it in the shop to the counter! Day of install was great, the guys arrived right on time, and were complete on time, leaving my house in great condition. The crew was fantastic, friendly and very professional... they even listened to my Christmas music all day without complaining one bit! Bill came by to ensure all was done to our satisfaction at the completion of the job. We highly recommend Countersync, and will use them again if we do any more remodeling....maybe we'll do the bathroom next :-)

They did a wonderful job. The countertop is gorgeous, and the work perfectly done. The were fast, efficient, and left the area spotless. Couldn't be happier with the work. The owner of the company even came by to take a look at the work after it was completed!

The project went exceptionally well. Although quite expensive, I went into the project knowing that I was looking at top-end materials for my shower replacement. The installation was completed on time and the results look great!

I had my mother's kitchen remodelled, part of that included the countertops. She had seen Corian countertops and that what she wanted. I contacted CounterSync. They came out and gave me an estimate, I told them to go ahead. They showed up on time to take detailed measurements and did a sketch. They showed up on time to do the installation. My mother loved the new countertops. She's had them 9 months, no problems and she still loves them. She loves the Corian sink too' it's deeper than her old one.

The quote was good. The firm has an excellent reputation. The work began on time and ended in the time estimate. The final product looks great.
