The finished job was satisfactory and does look much better. Not the best communication or customer service during process. Their painter lied to my face in front of his boss after spray painting my faucet & sprayer - didn't cover it. Said he did. Things like that. Paint on our new refrig. Few areas of drippy paint visible. Be sure to have a CLEAR understanding of what's covered in their price, too. COVER everything very well. Better than the guys tell you.

Pam and Rick Chavous are a great team! Pam designed our kitchen and Rick, Charles, and Isaiah executed the plan with old school craftsmanship. Every aspect of this project was done well. Shellie, office secretary, kept us informed of what they were doing and when they would get back to us. We were never disappointed. The completely new kitchen island was well-designed by Pam and is the centerpiece of our kitchen. They worked very closely with our granite people, the Moon family and our electrician, Donald Cockerham. A major design challenge was insuring that enough space was made for larger appliances. This was well done by Charles. The space created by Charles for the double oven was a work of art. The the drawer Charles made for under the new cooktop was his idea and well executed...real handy for the cook. We are very pleased with the results of everyone's efforts. Pam also designed a table for a piece of marble that has been in a our family for many years. It also has a neat drawer made by Charles. Thank you, Pam, Rick, Charles, Isaiah, and Shellie for a job well done and very much appreciated bY us!!!!

For that amount of money, I have a totally 'new' kitchen; it looks like it's worth 25,000. It is my dream kitchen at a cost I never thought I could get it for and without having cabinets ripped out. It is stunning! Rick and Pam (and crew) were a pleasure to work with, very professional, superb work ethic, and not to mention talented in design & woodworking. *Would love to add photos soon!*
