Description of Work: CertaPro painted two rooms for us - - great room and kitchen. They were on-time for both the estimate and work performance. Did not finish in one day, but left the job site very orderly, totally cleaned up the second day and replaced furniture in almost the original positions. All workers in our house were clean, courteous and professional. A good experience !

Description of Work: They cleaned our deck and applied a 2-tone semi-transparent stain combination. Sheri and her crew worked patiently with us to get the right color of stain. Sherwin Williams doesn't provide sample sizes of their stain products, and it took several attempts to find the desired colors.

Description of Work: We had our porch covered by another company and the builders left the posts and beams unpainted and it was very ugly. So we had to get it painted so we called Certa-Pro. They came, told us what they could do and gave an estimate. They did the work but we were not quite happy--our mistake we agreed to wood stain and we should have said painted. They called and we told them and they came back and painted and we were amazed because they did not charge us because they wrote paint and not stain. They were professional, did a good job, cleaned up after them selves and our porch finally looked wonderful.

Description of Work: Fantastic job. Prompt, complete, professional. Painter (Dave) was fantastic- all of the above plus pleasant to talk to, felt comfortable leaving him alone with my dogs and my home. I have full trust in Dave to do a complete, thorough and professional job. Dave also did all the plasterwork (faux) painting in our home and we plan to have him/Certa Pro return for more work in the future. Hire Certa Pro- you will not be disappointed!

 + -1 moreContacted CertaPro to schedule an appointment to obtain an estimate for painting the exterior of our home. Sherri offered an array of times available to meet and review the job to provide a quality quote. Sherri arrived at our home at the scheduled appointment time, walked around the home in its entirety and suggested how to best complete the job. She did not detail how CertaPro would complete the job, but also provided explanations as to why they believe their approach will result in a successful completion. Once done with the inspection of the exterior, Sherri spent time with us to discuss the process in terms of dates / times that worked best for me and my wife considering our leaving / returning to our home on a daily basis, setting up of equipment (ladder, paint, company vehicles, etc...), and cleaning of the property at the end of each day for a multi-day job. In the end she provided a competitive quote, but more importanty, she provided us with a great deal of information to review to ensure we were comfortable with any job we asked CertaPro to provide. CertaPro is scheduled to begin painting our home in the coming days and we anticipate a successful job to follow.

I have had no problems at all. I would recommend them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I am going to use them for interior painting next week.

They are very professional and I can't say anything negative about them at all. They were very punctual, very clean and neat. Overall, it's been a great experience with them. I would use them again in the future and no one else.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The owner arrived for the estimate and gave me a computerized printout of the exact estimate. She also had paint samples with her to match the exact white color of my existing cabinets and showed me the different finishes they could do. They used a special Sherwin Williams paint that left a smooth finish (no brush strokes) so the cabinets still looked like they had the factory finish. My cabinets had peeling paint and the wood had swollen in places, so they looked pretty bad. They scraped and sanded the cabinets and prepped with primer before painting. The cabinets looked so good that I went back and had them do the door trim and windows, and my bathroom cabinets. They also suggested and refinished the wooden trim around the countertops so the whole kitchen looked new. They also gave me one year financing with no interest if paid in twelve months. The two painters were very careful to cover my wooden floors and clean everything up when they were finished. They were prompt at arriving each day. The whole job went very well. They guarantee their work for 2 years, and they promptly came back a month later when some of the paint in the bathroom started peeling again. I was very satisfied and would defnitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Prepped and painted my white kitchen cabinets, door trim, and windows in my kitchen and breakfast room. Also prepped and painted the cabinets and drawers in my master bath. They also refinished and varnished the wooden trim around my kitchen countertops.
