Excellent! Hector went above and beyond trying to cover some imperfections in the wall that was left by the previous homeowners. For such a large room, he finished the room by himself on time as he said he would.

There was one painter here doing the work. They had to come back out to touch up some of the paint. They were reputable and they had integrity.

I had a contract all set up with them when they gave me a quote. As the painter was doing the work, we saw the ceiling was a real mess. We decided to change the contract to take off the popcorn ceiling and put in a knock down ceiling. They put down tarps but their was dust everywhere. The plaster had splattered on the wooden beams in the cathedral ceilings. They tried to take it off and it made white smudges all over the beams. Also, when they took off the popcorn ceiling, the seems were exposed. They were very visible even after they put in the knock out ceilings. I felt the work was unacceptable so I called the program manager and he agreed the job was not satisfactory. He brought in another crew to re-do the work. We came to an understanding that the only solution to the wooden beams would be to re-stain the wood. We came to a 50/50 arrangement and they corrected their work. I am satisfied with them and would certainly recommend their service to others.

They were on time for the appointment. There was one painter here doing the work. He did the work on schedule. He cleaned up well after him self.

They did an excellent job! They were very careful to properly sand the cabinets down and apply a sub coat. They followed through with the painting well. We wanted them to paint the lower section of the counters and they did it. They really went the extra mile. Their price was higher than others but their quality was better.

Do not look for another painter! This company is very professional. They did an OUTSTANDING job. When faced with the difficulty of painting the front door made out of steel, they had to try a couple of different primers. They could have easily gave me my money back, but instead found the right primer and saved us over $3000 from buying another double front door.

They expended a great deal of effort to get the stain colors that we wanted. The sample chart we used to initally choose our colors was a sizable mismatch with the actual color of one of the stains. They worked very diligently and patiently with us to find the right color. It took multiple attempts and eventually ended up creating a custom formula to find a stain that was what we wanted. CertaPro Painters isn't the least expensive painting company in the area, but I don't know of another painting company that would go that far in trying to please their customers. CertaPro of Augusta genuinely wants to provide a high quality service and wants its clients to be pleased with the end result. It's VERY worth the what we paid to have someone who is highly professional, has standards to maintain, and who not only provides the physical painting, but also gives added value with their highly personable and consultative approach.

They are awesome and came out to give us a quote. My wife actually dealt with them. Other than that all I know is that they are timely, but we just decided to go with another company. They were good, professional and we felt like they could do a good job. We just found somebody else that we worked closely with.

Top Notch Service. CertaPro of Augusta was great. I called and spoke to Sarah at the desk who promptly and politely set up my consult at the house with Stan. Stan arrived as promised and conducted a professional and very detailed walk thru of the work with me. He developed the price quote on site and gave me a detailed easy to understand printout complete with pictures. Joe the paint crew manager called to confirm so aspects of the job and the crew was set to arrive. We had a small error on our job, in that the paint color wasn't formalized between Sales and the Team but Sherri, the owner, personally drove to our house and did a full paint color consult with my wife and I to lock in a color. What customer service!!! The crew was wonderful overall. They were polite and kept me well informed. I think we must have had the house painted during a very busy season as the crew was constantly running between jobs in the early and later stages of the work. There were alos some small areas of miscommunication between the sales team and the crew but Sherri, Stan and Joe were quick to intercede and always made it right. Again excellent customer service is a Certapro of Augusta core value and it shows! The color in the end looked great. Like any job of this magnitude we found small things that needed touch up or correction and Sherri and the team obliged. Pricing was more than fair. Painting is easy, painting well with top notch customer service isn't Certapro is worth the price.

Extremely professional, prompt, and clean.

Sheri was wonderful to work with and was very prompt in responding to our inquiry. We received a quote the same day and the painting was scheduled within 2 weeks. Hector was our painter and we would definitely request him again. He was on time both days and if he was unsure of any of our requests he always asked. He is a hard worker and a wonderful painter-very meticulous with his trim and borders. We would definitely recommend Certa Pro painters to our friends.

The back side of the barn faces south and the paint had started to "chalk" after 6 years. Their Salesman "Stan" came out, looked at the job, gave me a color printout while he was there outlining what they would do which included pictures of the barn all four sides so the workmen would not have any confusion as to what to do. He answered all of my questions. I was supplying the paint because the original color was custom and wanted the same paint brand and color. Two workmen came out and pressure washed the barn with a mild detergent to get off any loose paint. They had called to let me know they were on their way and were running a little later than originally said. Later in the day after they had left I noticed that some of the "chalk" was still on the south side. I telephoned their office . The owner of the company happened to be in Aiken at the time and that afternoon came to see what I was referring to--I was concerned about adhesion of the new coat over the chalkiness. She said she would have them lightly sand over it before painting. ( I was not there to see if they did that) Mother Nature provided a second wash down with heavy rain that evening. The next day since we had the rain they had to wait until the following day to start painting. They arrived on time, were very careful about covering the aluminum awnings over the horses' lookout doors and tack room door. It was a very hot day but they kept at it. They did an excellent job, the barn looks like new. They cleaned up very well and there were no paint drippings anywhere on my concrete. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I were very pleased with our results. Jose and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were amazingly fast and meticulous. Minor issues did occur but were quickly resolved. We were concerned about having to remove some custom drapes since we were pretty sure that we could not re-hang them properly. When Jose heard us discussing this he said "we can do that," which they did very well. Toward the end of the week we experienced heavy rains, which delayed completion of the exterior doors. Jose actually came back two days later, on a sunny Easter Sunday, to finish the job. We have already recommended CertaPro to a friend who needs a painter.

I called the office and set up an appointment for a quote for painting my home. Sherry arrived as scheduled and proceeded to quickly start on the quote. She is very friendly and professional, and right away I felt that my job would be handled professionally. The was terrific in helping me pick out colors for my home. Unfortunately, I did not like one of the colors for the rooms, so Sherry came back and we picked some more choices. I got the sample paints at our local Sherwin Williams store and selected one from those. I also like the opportunity to pay for the paint job with a loan from Enerbank. This was a big help as the cost of painting is a big expense. I was eligible for the 12 months no interest plan so that was significant in my decision to choose Certapro. Sherry estimated that it would take most of the week to paint my house. It only took 2 days! I was very pleased with the work that was done in my home. Great care was taken to protect my furniture and everything in the house. There was no damage, spills or adverse condition to my house. When I came home the last day, I discovered that the laundry room had not been painted. I called the painter right away and he even came back that night to finish. I thought this was great service as it was late in the evening and he had already packed up and left the area where I live. All in all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company. 100% satisfied!

I was given a written estimate of exactly what would be done .Most companies just quote a price and you don't get anything in writing. They were to start on 3/31/2014. They called the day before and said they wouldn't be able to come on the 31st because they were not finished with another job due to the weather. That was not a problem for me. They came the following day and power washed the exterior. I had previous problems with power washing in another city with another company. I had asked Sheri to make sure they did not use chlorine and they did not. They returned the following day, painted and at the end of the day picked up all their equipment. You couldn't even tell they had been there. They were careful with the shrubs. They were very polite and put everything back where it belonged. I would recommend CertaPro to my neighbors. ti

PROS: Overall, well. Price increased due to unexpected second coat of stain needed on cypress siding. Stucco chimney looked wonderful after special paint application. Appreciated GENTLE pressure washing that did not gouge wood surfaces. Painter kept us informed each day of his schedule and either called or showed up as expected. Supervisors were always available and responded quickly if issues needed to be discussed. Suggested workable solutions to carpentry repairs. Painter worked every day that he could due to weather and was dedicated to our project only. CONS: Painter did not ask for preferred place to wash brushes. Painter left some painting materials behind which we had to pick up (paint can lids, sanding disks). Neither of these were show-stoppers, but not in line with other professionalism shown.

Certa Pro was the highest estimate of the four that received. They layout of the estimate impressed because it detailed exactly what they were and were not going to do. So I went with the most expensive estimate. Very seldom go this way. They were punctual and painted when the weather allowed. There was a slight issue with sealing the hairline cracks in my stucco and getting the finish to blend in effectively. But what ever issue I had, I contacted Certa Pro (Steve) and always got a call back from Steve, never with an attitude and always with a genuine concern for my satisfaction. Even the owner even came out to look at the finished work. Usually when that happens, in my experience, this is very uncomfortable and as soon as I sense an attitude the battle is on and nobody is happy. But she understood where I was coming from and vowed to make it right. They were very kind people and did everything in their power to make me a happy customer. Bottom Line: I'm a happy customer. I would use them again.

They did a great job. The crew was extremely professional and they did a great job cleaning up. It was like they were never there when they left at the end of each day. I will deffently use them on my next project.
