I knew what I wanted, they showed me the Electrolux Ultra-one Vacuum and I bought it.

I dropped off the vacuum and told the clerk at the desk what the problem was. He gave me a service ticket and told me it would be ready in one week. I went back the next week to pick it up. When I picked it up, I asked the clerk what was wrong with it, he said, it was clogged and we did a routine service on it. When I got home, I plugged it in, the indicator light was still on and it made the same high-pitched sound, and still no suction. It was like nothing was done at all! I called the shop and asked to speak to the service manager. He apologized and told me to bring it back in. I drove 15 miles back to the shop to drop it off again. I was without my vacuum for 3 weeks and had to make 2 trips. Gas is expensive these days and all I got was "Sorry" In this economy, customers are really watching their spending and can't afford sloppy and inconsiderate workmanship. What ever happened to good, old-fashioned, customer service?!! I will not use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.
