David did an excellent job! While laying the tile, he planned the work so we could still get to the appliances in the kitchen and even improvised a "bridge" so we could get upstairs to the bedrooms without stepping on freshly placed tiles. David is diligent in his work and doesn't rush through to get to the next job. He schedules his jobs appropriately. He also carefully cleaned up after the job like he was never there! David promptly addressed any questions or issues I had. I would definitely hire him again!
Description of Work: David installed approximately 750 sq ft of wood-looking tile throughout the first floor of my 2-story house. I decided to hire him again after he did such a great job remodeling two bathrooms in my house last year.

Came to evaluate leak in shower. Pointed out that the problem was a simple correction that I could perform and saved me significant funds. None of the other contractors offered the simple low cost solution to the problem.

Never came back or called back. Got another contractor and he did a good job.

David's work was excellent, as a matter of fact we have re-hired him to do some additional work in our kitchen. We found him to be prompt, courteous and did an excellent job! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for quality and professional work. My only complaint -- I wish he had a clone!

Everything went well with the job. There were no suprises. He arrived on time every day and put in a full day everytime. I only had to pick up a couple of items that were needed that I had not purchased beforehand. He had a couple of items on his truck. In fact I got some of my money back from Lowes on a few items he didn't use. He started on Monday and finished Wednesday afternoon.
Description of Work: David did a good job. I contracted with him basically for the labor, $1230. He picked up a few items which we needed, and I paid for those. He replaced the tub, tiled all around it, put in the drain and faucets, and installed a new vanity and faucets and toilet. This was all done in a house built in 1956 so he had to deal with a cast iron tub and sink. He started when he said he would and finished on time. He and his assistant were very professional. He told me when I contracted with him that the job would take three days, and that's exactly what it took. I am well pleased with his work and would recommend him to anybody who wants quality work at a fair price.

David arrived promptly on the scheduled date and completed all work efficiently and professionally in the time period promised. I provided all materials for the job - tub/shower, toilet and tile per my selection; other materials per David's information. David's charge was for labor. He was very neat, friendly and professional.
Description of Work: David removed and replaced a tub/shower unit, removed and replaced a toilet, removed and replaced floor tile, painted walls for a bathroom remodel.
