it was raining outside and for over the last 10 years we have had to have our skylights repaired. and for the last time we were done repairing them, I called 4 other roofers and no one answered the phone. i was very upset by the time I made my 5th and final call to Augusta Roofing and Siding. Will (the president) answered the phone and he was so understanding, we talked about a couple of options over the phone. i told him I understand that he would not be able to come look at it that day (this was about 2 in the afternoon) he said he would be there at 5:30 that day. I was very surprised and happy. He then called and said he could come sooner. again Will exceeded my expectations he climbed in my attic and found ALL the leaks UGH. the very next day he and his very professional and nice repair man came out to fix them but could not find shingles to match (by this time I was ok because it stopped raining outside and inside) they set up a time for the next morning and showed up on time with everything they needed.
