APP?s hard working crew was both expeditious and through in preparing the pool for re-plastering, removing old and installing new tile, installing the coping and tile. The owner, Enrique Monez, was easy to work with and accommodating changes when the original materials did not match the colors in the brochures. Finally, the crew went to great detail in rounding and smoothing all the cut edges of the exposed travertine and left the worksite neat & clean at the end of each workday. The finished job is so much superior to the original condition, that we cannot adequately express it, except to say Great Job APP.

Augusta Pool Plaster Inc. was fantastic. They were responsive and very knowledgeable about swimming pools. The owner works with his crew. They were very good and very affordable. I would give them five stars across the board. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Did not utilize this business because they never returned phone calls!Called multiple times (at least six) to schedule an appointment for an estimate, always with a nebulous day/time.First three calls spoke with an individual; last three always answered by an answering machine and message left. No return phone calls.Very unprofessional - if you're too busy or just don't want to tackle the project, just say so.We wasted two weeks waiting for the appointment that never got scheduled.
