Excellent. Carl (Augusta Cleanpro) visited our home on two separate occasions. Initial was tocarpet clean 3 bedrooms, office and stairs. Each turned out excellent and the price was amazing ($$$.00). The second visit Carl cleaned 1 rug and 6 dining room chairs. Great job again. Stand up guy and extremely hard worker. Will keep Carl in our bi-annual major house cleaning. Also, we have 1 dog and 1 toddler so the carpet is always occupied.

He did an excellent job. One room had a stain on the carpet that another carpet cleaning service couldn't remove. He worked on the stain and it's gone. I would recommend Cleanpro.

The team was professional in every aspect! I purchased a deal through Angie's List that provided $150 of cleaning services for $135 (basically 10% off). I was told that I wouldn't get a full quote for the entire home until the team arrived and measured the carpet. My total cost of cleaning all of the carpet was $214 (which included a military discount). I was very satisfied with the price, the service, and the appearance of the carpet after it was cleaned.

l will start with the bottom line up front. You should hire Carl. That is really all you need to know. I contacted several companies to clean our carpets in preparation to sell our house. Carl was the first person to call me back and did so the following morning. We arranged for him to clean the carpets and he arrived 10 minutes early in line with the philosophy he learned in his military experience. He is extremely friendly, personable, professional, and exceedingly hard working. The carpets took longer than he expected to clean but he clearly is very dedicated to superior performance. The result was that our rugs looked newer than they did when we moved in. I did not want to walk on them because they looked so excellent. I was very satisfied and would give him the highest recommendation possible. There just aren't too many service providers out there with such a strong work ethic who are that dedicated to their customers. Thank you, Carl!

Our home was lacking as the carpet is worn down, showed the more travel areas creating paths, had a musty dirty smell more so since we have an inside dog, it had a few stains and we were debating on replacing it soon. The cost was several thousand dollars which is quite the expense. I saw the Angie's List ad for Augusta Cleanpro and the great reviews so we decided to give it a shot to see what happens hoping for a miracle! Carl, knocked on my door at the appointment time, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He took a tour of the rooms, got his equipment and went to work immediately creating magic. The first experience was the wonderful clean scent. This I could smell from a few rooms down and it was a lovely clean fragrance that was calming. When I took a peek at what he was doing I was amazed. The carpet stood UP! There were no noticeable seams. It smelled, felt and looked clean as if we had just move in! I was overwhelmed because the carpet was not saturated with liquid and it dried within a couple of hours. It was wonderful to walk on and see your footprints. The carpet did mat down after travel and when you vacuum it has that NEW CARPET look and feel. Thank you, Carl! I will have you back a time or two each year to ensure the life of my carpet and get that new carpet look and clean carpet smell. This will keep us from spending thousands on new carpet. Thanks again!

I have no complaints. The cleaning took longer than I expected, however taking his time was a unexpected bonus.

This Vet clearly earned an overall RATING of A.. I purchased this house in 2006 and it was the first time cleaning the off white upstairs carpeting. The operator knew his job and managed the time well. He move the equipment in and out of the house without incident. He left no mess and all carpeting smelled fresh and looked clean. After almost ten years use, the carpet really needed cleaning. I will definitely hire him again. I would and will recommend him to a friend or neighbor. Cleaning seven spaces/rooms in a 2600 square foot house for under $205 was a very reasonable and fair price.

Mr. Carl was very professional and on time. The carpret was horribly stained. After the Cleanpro treatment my carpet looked practically brand new. He did an excellent job on my sofa as well. I considered trashing the sofa however after the cleaning I'm keeping it for a couple more years.i most definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of carpet and upholstery cleaning

Long gone are the days of steam carpet cleaning. This CleanPro system has astounded me. I've never seen my carpet be this like-new again after a cleaning. It's amazing and smells nice too! AND, it didn't take hours to dry! I am so pleased and will definitely recommend this service to people I know. Wow! Just...Wow!
