They arrived on time and fixed the leak on the spot. They trouble shot the problem with no water coming from the in the door dispenser and ordered the part. Once they got a confirmed delivery date for the valve they called and we set an appointment for the install. Again they arrived on time and replaced the valve. Once the water was restored they found another leak and fixed it as well. There was some water on the floor when they were done and they cleaned that up.

I had a tv, that would not power on, Technician came out to diagnosis the problem. When tech got there they knew exactly what was going on. The tech informed me this was a recall on the product and they could get the parts covered under the manufacturer, i was only responsible for labor. The repair went smooth and perfect.

First I had a issue with a 2005 GoldenTee arcade machine. I googled TV repair since it appeared to be a monitor issue and several in the Columbia area appeared. First, this company is based in Augusta, but has representatives throughout our state. The first TV repair shop asked me to bring the machine in, which it then occurred to me they had no idea about the size and weight of the arcade style game. The second company I saw on my google search was Atomic Tech, LLC. I called the number and a gentlemen answered the phone. I explained my issue with the machine (I could hear everything working fine, just no picture), and he spent 20 mins trying diagnostic solutions over the phone. Finally he recommended a tech come out to my location. The price was already explained to me, and I would still be charged this diagnostic rate regardless of the outcome. I appreciated that...I dont like suprises. The tech showed up about an hour late, but he did call way in advance, so no issue at all. After 30 minutes he said i probably needed a part and he would not be able to fix it that day, and he would research and call back. I paid the fee, and honestly didnt expect a call. Ten minutes later, he called me and gave me a part number to order, which I immediately did. Once the part came in, he came back out, installed it, and the machine worked great. In this day and age its hard to find good customer service. From the time the gentleman on the phone spent with me, to the professionalism and honesty of the service technician, this company is truly top notch and I would recommend them highly.
