Generally, they did OK. The father did not listen to our instructions as we would have liked. In addition, the father went upstairs with his shoes on after being told to remove them. The son was very good, though.

Company had a wrong phone number for me, so were not able to come on the day scheduled (they could have looked in the phone book--we're listed). An individual came and did a pre-pack survey on the day I had expected the packing to take place. He told me the packers would have to come very early to get everything packed, and that I had about 8,000 pounds of household goods. In actual fact, they arrived at 10:20, not exactly early. They tried to pack everything in one day, staying until 7:30 pm, when they ran out of room on the truck. Evidently they did not get the message from the pre-pack survey guy. They next day the company called and said that they would be here at 11:00 or 11:30, not 8-9 a.m. as promised. However, they did show up shortly after 8. Once again, different elements of the company don't seem to be talking to each other. Note that this is a government move, which is why I left the "cost" blank.
