Description of Work: Bedbug treatment's twice. They heated my house to 135% my regular Pest Control person said it should be 180. I still had bed bugs after them repeating the process. After much learning their big fail is to repeat the exact same process and not insure other methods are employed. My oak table and my oak entertainment center recieved heat damaged they said it did not have to be removed I am still trying to repair that.

+ -1 moreI have been with Armor Exterminating since 2007 and these guys are wonderful. Over the years, the many service providers who have come to the house have without exception been cheerful and friendly. We rarely have any issues with household pests. Several years ago we did have an issue with and quot;sugarand quot; ants in the kitchen and a bathroom. Armor kept coming out (two visits at no additional charge over the quarterly fee) until the problem was completely resolved. I have been very satisfied with them. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreThe technician arrived at the appointed time and did an initial inspection. He then walked me through all the problem areas he saw to include several colonies of Argentine ants and hot spots for termites. Everything was noted to go in my file and I signed an agreement. Two weeks later, he came out to spray the yard again for the ants because we'd had such hard rains. I'm very impressed and I havent seen creatures at all!
