Worst experience ever. destroyed my property from carelessness. Used unskilled personnel and left them on the job unsupervised. Very poor quality of workmanship. Stole my property. Does not keep promises. Will not answer calls, texts or emails. DO NOT HIRE!!!! No experience and no integrity.

I can't recommend them enough. They did a great job.

Not well. There was many areas left not clean. When cleaning the windows still noted cleaning spray not wiped off still noted dust and debris at window . Also still noted areas that needed cleaning on doors and closets Mention these items prior to cleaning Still remain. Upstairs sink had a ring in it . Attempted to call x 2 after services. No returned call. Had to call several times in order to get an appointment. Yes you did clean my house in evans , ga

Prompt, polite, thorough and economical. We decided to hire Amy's cleaning on a recurring basis for my mothers house and our own home.

They did a wonderful job and went above and beyond my expectations. They accomplished more in 3 hours than I could do in weeks. They even shampooed my carpets! Amy even contacted me after the service to make sure everything was to my liking. I could not recommend this cleaning service more.

Wayne and Amy arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation, gave us a quote, and minutes later began cleaning and deodorizing the rugs. All 6 rugs were immaculate less than 2 hours later. The next day, Wayne and his assistant pressure washed our back deck, walk and awning. It hadn't looked this good in 20 years.

Amy's Cleaning Service was wonderful. I sent my request to have my house cleaned on 11/23/15, with my desired date of cleaning for 11/25/15, the day before Thanksgiving. I explained on my request that my son was getting married on 11/28/15, and had family coming from out of town, and desperate to get my house cleaned. Amy's Cleaning Service called me in less than 24 hours, fitting me in on 11/25/15 (Day before Thanksgiving, mind you!). Amy's Cleaning Service arrived at noon, as promised, with 4-5 employees (I don't recall if there were 4-5 employees), and began cleaning our, very long overdue house. The were very professional, very nice people. Though there we enjoyed pleasant conversation, they were each all business and tended efficiently to the task at hand. Though there were some things missed, they were really rather negligible or small oversights. Considering they fit us in amongst their regular customers, we were very pleased and more than satisfied. Thank you for a job well done, but more importantly, being so flexiible & coming through for a brand new customer, at a reasonable rate to boot. I never leave reviews, but was so grateful for the way Amy's Cleaning Service came through for us in a pinch, allowing a ton of stress over my first son's wedding to dissipate, I felt compelled to write one this time. i WILL use Amy's Cleaning Service again, with finances allowing, very often. I would recommend Amy's Cleaning Service to anybody & everybody. Again, thank you, Amy and your company -- Amy's Cleaning Service.

Amy's came in and took inventory of what there was to do. They explained the process and expected time frame to me, which helped out tremendously for me to be able to work my errands and things around their visit. Them moved a lot of the furniture to ensure detailed work. It only took about an hour or so to dry, so it did not put me out long. Very respectful, detailed and clear communication. I am pleased to say that they asked for feedback, not just assumption of completion. I am looking forward to using them in the future!

From third week in May until the second week in September, I was in Savannah Ga, taking care of a sick relative. Kicked out of their apartment for not paying the rent, my cousin and his girlfriend needed a place to stay, so I allowed them to stay at my house while I was in Savannah. When I got home, the place was a real mess, bathrooms were filthy to the point of mold growing in toilets and on fixtures, beer cans, wine bottles and dirt everywhere. When checking Angie's list for help, I found that Amy's Cleaning Service had a great price reduction, so I called and scheduled an appointment. Wayne and Amy arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. Not only did they super clean the bathrooms and kitchen, which were the only rooms scheduled to be cleaned, but they did living room and dinning room windows, cleaned the hallway and repaired a broken toilet, NO EXTRA CHARGE. I couldn't ask for better workers. Both Wayne and Amy were super nice and very professional. I will tell my neighbors about them and yes, I WILL DEFINITELY use them again.

Super professional team, once they were shown the house they immediately went to work. It was evident they were well rehearsed with their job, their cleaning plan was fantastic and each one did their jobs with total perfection being the goal. The end result was a house that was shining and clean from top to bottom. We are very happy with the housecleaning service.

Amy's Cleaning Service was awesome! Response was in less than 24 hours and cleaning was completed within 2 business days after my request. The cleaning team of 4 arrived 5 minutes early and, after an initial walk-through, began their whirl-wind of cleaning. I had identified 3 areas of particular concern, all of which now look better than they have in years! All cleaning was handled with meticulous attention. Amy and Wayne were more than willing to share their knowledge about what worked well for them and to make recommendations as to which products were most effective. The other 2 ladies, Valerie and Skye, were very hard workers who were very good at what they did. My husband was even pleased with the team's work. I most definitely will use them again in the future!!

Wayne came by the next day after my inquiry for an estimate to clean my house after move out. He offered to combine the maid service with carpet cleaning. I liked having one company do both. The owners came with the maids on that day...they cleaned everything I asked and also a few extra things ...fireplace/wall marks. They steam cleaned the carpet and got the stains out. I was very satisfied...very reasonabe for both cleaning and carpet steaming. I will definitely call them again.

It actually did not go very well. We had an item that went missing that ended up being returned but the experience itself was semi traumatic. They said that they fired the employee who took it and that it was not intentional that it was taken. It caused us to not want to work with them going forward. They were very reasonably priced though. The housecleaning itself was good for the price but it wasn't great.

Amy and Wayne arrived a little behind schedule - but had called to let me know. Once they arrived they were like a cyclone of cleaning! They clearly have a successful routine worked out because I can't think of one thing that was left undone. Every little knick-knack, every picture and every corner was cleaned. The carpet cleaning was an additional bonus for me. One less place to call and schedule! Great job with that too! When I asked what it would cost my surprise must have shown because Amy felt she needed to justify that amount saying that the house was big! But my surprise was really at the low cost, I was expecting a higher price! I tried calling several times since July, but didn't get a return phone call. I imagine it was because they must have been having a very busy time right then. But I intend on trying again!

Amy and Wayne are very professional. They are also extremely flexible. When I realized I had double booked myself (doctor's appointment), I texted them and they were able to come earlier. They just let themselves out and locked up when they left. I wrote a review previously when they did a move out clean of our apartment, but am writing another here because this was the first time they cleaned our new home. They also offered to do some extra things to help us settle in, like install curtain rods and move a bed to another room! I am truly amazed and thrilled. I will definitely have them back again and will be passing out their cards to my neighbors.

She and Wayne removed marks from the wall we thought we might lose some of our rent deposit for. The carpets looked awesome when they finished. Everything was sparkling, even inside the refrigerator. We were thrilled and are excited to have them clean our new home.

I had called to have biweekly cleaning. They quoted me a higher initial visit cost, then said I could have a free carpet cleaning too. Since my kids wedded home, I told them that I'd prefer to use the carpet cleaning after school starts, which he said would be fine. They came out and the initial clean, then scheduled for the biweekly clean. The scheduled date came and no one showed up. I called and talked to Wayne, and he said he had me on another day and would check his schedule and call back. He didn't call. I have called and left several messages but still have not heard back from anyone. I feel that this was highly unprofessional, especially since they focused so much on their reliability. Very disappointed. UPDATE: I NEVER received any voicemails or callbacks from this company. I even went back through my cell phone records. That is a convenient excuse. They had my proper cell number because I had received calls from them before. I had left the number on numerous voicemails as well. Very disappointed.

I've used Amy's Cleaning Service (run by husband and wife team, Amy and Wayne) several times over the past year, but hadn't used them in several months because the last time they had sent a bad crew and had to come back to reclean (has been entirely skipped the first time) several areas/rooms. They did make it right by coming back and re-cleaning. I had really liked them other than that one visit and when Wayne contacted me again, I decided to give them another try and they were again terrific. They are flexible in scheduling, but if you are not going to be home, they may just work you in and not come at the exact time they previously scheduled (same day, though). They are very friendly and do a good job (not perfect, but terrific, given the low cost). Whatever they charge for cleaning your house (based on what you want done and the size of the house), they will also shampoo ALL of your carpets for an additional $55, which can't be beat! The first time I contacted them, about a year ago, I told them I needed them to deep clean the whole house, which had unfortunately gotten out of control dirty. I told them what I needed done and told them to charge me what they thought was fair and I would gladly pay it because I really needed to get the house back in shape and they were still reasonable (I paid $300 and I have a large house, plus they shampooed the carpets) and kind--they didn't "judge" me at all for having a dirty house, which can be very embarrassing. This is my favorite cleaning company of all time and I will continue to use them as long as their prices stay reasonabable. They are also trustworthy, dependable and honest (they always clean when I am at work and nothing has ever "gone missing.") I have left them blank checks and they have called me to discuss the cost, then filled out the checks as agreed. I hope they never leave the Columbia area as I plan to use them a lot!
