Dear [member names removed], I appreciate your response to let me know how you felt when I didn't show up for your estimate. I would love to come and give you a quote as I am sure I can help you. That day was a cumbersome one in that I would have made it on time for your appointment, but didn't take the time to eat, so I ran home to get my Husband so we could eat quickly and I could go on with my day after that, but I waited too long, and got a little ill as I have low blood sugar and should not go all day without eating, but I did, because I was so focused on getting to everybody. You have to understand, that was while there was a "Monsoon" going on, and it seemed like I was going on 10-11 estimates everyday for 3 weeks. Each one takes 1-2 hours to measure and give quotes at the home. My intention was to call you and let you know I had to get something to eat because my blood sugar runs low, and I felt like I was going to faint towards that late afternoon. However, in my state of mind, I left my cell phone on the coffee table when I got home with intentions of calling you, and there again, I didn't have your number on hand when I got out and about. So I called Sarah with my Husbands cell phone, and she gave me your number. So when I told you, "you were weighing heavy on my mind to call you", I was telling you the truth. I just left all of your information at home when I went to eat. However, as late as it was, I became ill with headache, shaking, and so forth that goes along with that, so I didn't want to come out there sick. I will still gladly do it, and if you let us do your job, you would definitely not regret it, I guarantee it, we stand behind all of our jobs 100%. If you should EVER have any problems with your installation, we would be quick as possible to repair it. We don't get a lot of calls like that, because we do it right the first time, but I can't say that we are infallible, especially me when I'm hungry :) . I'm standing behind my word with you now, to say that I'll gladly make this up to you if you should be so gracious to give us another chance. I promise to guide you through what you need and give you a little "gutter 101" to boot, so that you understand the whole process. Again, thank you for your review.
