Very good salesmen. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and will give you a good price. Flexible. Worked with my dates even though I had a couple of changes and a lot of questions (but I think that's par for the course). However, price paid was about 400-500 more than I had expected despite me thinking that I had clarified everything. My wife and I worked our backside off and moved about 1500 lbs by ourselves thinking that it would lower the prices substantially but were very disappointed to see barely a dent in the total price. Something about a sliding scale about prices and a huge bill for packing some mirrors (which I thought was included in the price. and even if it wasn't no one told me before doing it). In summation, if you are using them (or any mover for that matter), please be VERY VERY EXPLICIT in what is included, what is extra and what will finally come out of your pocket. It is a very stressful time, especially if you are paying for it out of your own pocket. I came out about $500 short which, for me, is a big deal.
