They explained what they were doing and what and what they had to do. They were quick with their turnaround time and the price was reasonable.

My ten year old XP computer that I built myself finally died. I went to several computer shops in the Augusta area looking for a replacement for my machine or have them build a custom machine for me. I couldn't find anything suitable at the shops or the big box stores so I decided to buy the parts for the new computer but have a technician put it together and install the operating system. The local shops that I went to looked to cluttered and disorganized or didn't have the time to talk with me about my project. The exception was 4 T's computer on Bobby Jones. I talked with Michael James about what I wanted and agreed build it and install the operating system at a fair price. I went in the shop a few times and called him a few times asking him questions about what I should buy. He always had time for me and answered my questions. He did a great job building my new computer, installing the operating system and taking the time to answer all my questions.

I called to get a technician out to look at my server for some work. Technician came out 2 days after our scheduled appointment. Technician took notes to my concerns and problems, he said he would go back to shop get me an estimate. He said he would call me back , he never called back. I called about a week later they said " oh ya that's so and so's ticket hes out right now and will call you back when hes back in. I never received a call back. i called back the next day i got the same response, this is where I gave up and called a new company.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and they were awesome. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was superb. I took my computer to them CJ was one of the people and both of the people that worked there were excellent with customer service, knowledge and everything. They did exactly what they said they would do. I will use them for all of my computer stuff.

I usually like to work with Joel, the manager at the Aiken store. He is a wonder customer service representative and a fellow veteran. I get all of my computer needs through him. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Very reasonable prices, very honest.

They provide great service the repairs were done in a timely manner. The prices are a little high but I would use them again in the future
