Mr. Almetrez Robinson started complaining as soon as they started working. He took 3 days to complete work and continued to complain the whole time. How hot it was, the weight of the railroad ties, what I was asking to get done that was not part of the contract. He was seldom at the work site - mostly one worker he had did most of the work. On the third day, Mr. Robinson asked me to get cat to pay him. By then I was just tired of him being at my house. I checked the staining twice and finally just paid him. The next morning when there was better light I noted many areas that need retaining and the tops of the pickets were not stained at all. I texted him and he wants $250 for a service call. This man is not going to get more money from me. I have given him a week to complete work or I am taking him to small claims court
