Excellent service and repair

I had my maintenance done on 6 units. Brian showed up in time can called before coming. He was through, listened to my concerns and addressed them one by one. He was courteous. Detail oriented, paid attention to each and every part and tested. I had a chance to observe his work personally and watch him take systematic steps to understand my systems and check them. I talked to Josh as well. He was very accommodating on prices and going extra miles to help us out. Honestly, I could not ask for more. If it was me doing the work, I would not have done as through work. Now I am upset at myself, why i did not find them sooner and was suffering and getting ripped off by dishonest providers out there. If you do not trust me, please call me and verify. Please start using Brian and Josh now or you will be missing out on a great service that is reasonable and goes above and beyond. I got my A/C person for life. I hope they do other works as well as i am getting tired of disohnest and ripoff out there. Once again, thank you. When Brian left I do not feel he was just worker, I felt he was friend and a family member. I can not ask for more. the prices for service was very reasonable and accommodating. I will be going out of my way to speak for them to my family, friends.

I give Service First Pros Heating and Air Conditioning great reviews. I held off on reviewing the 'Quality' section for now, as the work was just done today and I really think a few days will give me a better idea if the work done is 'A' quality or not, although I have a very strong feeling it will be just that: 'A' quality. It is rare to have any kind of technician for anything mechanical talk to you and explain to you with the level of courtesy that Josh showed my wife and I. In my opinion, he is outstanding. Right now I have absolutely no hesitation to call him back for any work at all on HVAC.

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. We called Joshua Saturday morning, and he was out to our house within two hours, which was fantastic because we thought we would have to wait until Monday to get t repaired. Joshua was extremely professional and knowledgeable and fixed our issue within 30 minutes, including fixing a shoddy repair that a previous repairman had done prior to when we moved in. Fantastic service, and we will be using them whenever we have issues.

Josh Meachum has been my guy for Heating & Air servies for over 10 years. He is an extremely professional, honest man and he goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend him.

I had a problem with my A.C unit. The A.C would not stop running so I called Josh to come fix it. He said the connecting points got stuck. He told me the problem and showed me the problem. He said it was going to cost a certain amount to complete the job. It was very reasonable so I had him fix it. Josh serviced our A/C in July 2017. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and clean. He gave some advice on things that needed to be done under the house. The company that originally put the unit in did not install it to where the water from the unit would go away from the house, instead it went under the house, which caused it to stay wet and form mildew all along the walls in the crawlspace. Josh in turn installed a hose for the water to go away from the house and put a light to kill the mildew. We will definitely use him again in the future!
