I got a tech within 3 hours of calling, he was delightful to deal with and fixed issue very quickly, Cost was excellent and also mentioned a couple of things to watch out for. Could not ask for better service.

Auston was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He had to stop by twice. Once for a diagnosis and the second time to replace the part once the new one arrived. Be mindful of the model of HVAC system you buy. My Lennox is new but is associated with a known TXV valve failure. All in all I am happy with the service and highly recommend! I did not rate the price because I am not knowledgeable about typical pricing. I did call another company and I wa told the price would be similar but they did not give a specific price. Online the price had a large range, $500-$3000, so unsure of what is normal. The other company did tell me indoor vs outdoor pricing is different. Outdoor tends to be more expensive.

Technician able to arrive a little earlier than scheduled which helped me. Matthew was friendly. Did the necessary work. Everything seems good at this point.

4 pounds of freon and sealant was installed.

They were able to get out and do service quickly.

Technician arrived on time. Told me what he was going to do and reviewed what he found afterwards. Pictures of what he saw were helpful. Very good performance.

Called on Monday morning to arrange appointment for sometime during the week, service tech scheduled for four hours later. Replaced filter, checked system components inside and out and stayed long enough to determine if filter change had positive effect. All good. Customer service called later in the afternoon after tech visit to double check and make sure everything had gone well and met my expectations. Service from the company is above and beyond!

Josh Coleman is a fantastic technician! Fair prices and very professional service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or servicing of their system.

Simple job of pulling one thermostat off, taking it to the distributor & putting the new one back on. Price quoted was $69 but technician stated would be $239. When he got supervisor on the phone price jumped to $340. After reviewing their phone calls they still said $69 was just the diagnostic fee even though website clearly shows free estimates & technician had done no work. They stated that since I was not happy with their quotes I should find another company. I have never dealt with a company that would bait & switch a customer this way. Plus they tried to blame their bait & switch tactics on me misunderstanding their overhead & costs of doing business. Never have been treated in such an unethical manner.

These guys are fantastic. Service First Pros give me confidence my HVAC systems are ready for summer or winter. Josh and Brian are extremely knowledgeable. This company is the best I have ever had. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful. Called at 8:30 AM, had a service technician at my home by 10:30, repairs were made and my home should be cool by the time I arrive home. Very professional, proficient and personable representatives from Josh, to Cindy to Brian. Would absolutely call again.

Excellent! I received several estimates to have the work performed. Service First Pros was the only company that mentioned the area in my attic would need to be extended since the air handler was too tall to stand up. While performing the work Service First Pros found a few other issues with my duct work and other unit and corrected them to ensure both of my units were operating to their full capability. Afterwards Josh showed me the work that was performed and I quickly noticed the installation craftsmanship was very well done. The work was neat, wires and mastic cleanly done. It is very easy to see this company takes what they do very seriously. If you are in the need of any HVAC work I highly recommend Service First Pros.

I had 3 companies come and quote the new air conditioner system. Of the 3, Josh and Service First Pros seemed to know the most about my older damper system, my options and HVAC in general. They showed up as scheduled and did a fantastic installation. When they were done, even though it was late, Josh took the time to go over the system with us. When they left, you would have never known they were there they cleaned up so good. I can't recommend them enough.

I found this company on Angie's List and requested a Winter Tune Up for my HVAC. The appointment set up was easy, and the technician arrived on time. Everything was explained to me. Pictures were taken under my house - before and after - and I felt that the work was performed professionally and promptly. I was so impressed that I've signed up for regular service of my HVAC since this is an area of home maintenance I sometimes let slide until it is too late. I like knowing for the next year I will pop up on their schedule and that they will call and set an appointment for service.

Josh really knew what he was doing! I was incredibly impressed. He cleaned up the mess left by other service companies and then some. Lots of confidence in these folks.
