As much as I wanted to believe him I was skeptical but gave him the job of replacing my gas furnace. This was without a doubt one of the best decisions I have ever made. I admit that at the age of 65 I have finally discovered the very BEST heating/AC company I've ever done business with. The price was more than fair and the installation was the best I have ever seen. They have made a lifelong customer out of me and I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs service or installation for any heating or air issues.

The workers are very kind and friendly. I would use them again.

Our technician was very professional and friendly. Brian explained every step of the process, and issues, in detail. I believe, we have found our go-to service company.

Not sure how to rate the value until I see how well the HVAC unit performs overtime. Based on the service received so far and warranty, I am expecting great things over time. Josh is knowledgable and was very accommodating to my request for multiple option quote - and the service was completed when he said it would be. I never felt pressured.

I Plan on hiring in the future.

Josh was outstanding in all respects. He is a gentleman, very polite and has extensive knowledge. He went out of his way to diagnose our problem and find a solution extremely quickly. The temperature was brutally cold, and we were extremely uncomfortable. When he made a commitment for a specific time, he kept his word. We are so satisfied and pleased that we have become a "customer for life." I highly recommend Josh and his company.

This is the first time using HomeAdvisors. They use Service First Pros and they did great for me. I called on Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon, my heater was fixed and my house was warm.

Made me feel I was in good hands

Called them on a Saturday morning because I did not have heat and it was in the 20's outside and was in the mid 50's inside and getting colder. Josh came out and replaced apart to get heat but had to order another part on Monday to finish the job. It has taken several days to get the part due to having a Trane unit and they do not carry these parts, He hoped to get the part from Atlanta on Monday but they had to order it, This was not their fault and was very apologetic. Hope the part will be in today and he will come and install it in the morning. Even though it is Saturday and he had plans with his Family.

This is a hard review to write, because my ratings are such extremes on service and price. The service by this company was the best I have ever experienced. They would be rated a 10 on a 5 star scale. However, the price was 150% of what I think it should have been ($1000 vs $600) after calling around after the fact. My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year, so I don't know if they took advantage of that or not. But, again, the service was unbelievable, so I can't be too upset.

Great experience overall. Excellent customer service with initial phone contact and setting up appointment. Impressed with initial visit as well with thorough evaluation and great recommendations for maintenance without pushing items that didn’t need to be done. Would recommend to anyone.

The thermostat was installed and worked for 2 days then it lost all power so I called and they could not come until the day after. I was left with out heat. They will be coming back today
