Fast response and friendly service

Work done to evaluate conditions of AC and Furnace was done well and carefully. Options for solutions of problems were presented in understandable way and potential work options discussed. This company has serviced my AC and Furniace for several years and always has done a good job. I have total confidence in their work and judgements about what needs to be done. I would recommend Service First Pros, LLC without any reservations. Excellent company and people in the company.

This is the second year that I have used Service 1st Pros Heating and Air Conditioning Services. Their technicians are wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, competent courtesy and intelligent. They seemed to get genuinely excited about their job of making your home safe for you and your family. The technician and this year it is Chuck. He also, like Taylor last year, took detailed pictures and notes of my entire system both inside and outside notating all his findings good and bad. He had temperature outputs/intakes/gas levels/CO2 levels inside and if any were escaping into my house/mole presence or not/ air quality/leakage of my units and just regular visual inspection. Then he sat down with me and we reviewed the pictures to see the issues that he noticed as good, bad and just for your information. He then explained his recommendations to me for each picture if one was warranted and pricing if necessary. If they were any government tax return offers and how to apply. How to finance if I needed to (and offered to help whenever I asked) make installments plans. They walk you through the entire service process from beginning to end.

I can't say enough good things about Scotty Patrick. He went above and beyond. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. He will be my HVAC service and repair guy from now on. He came prepared and fixed the issue within an hour. It was such a relief to have working AC on such a hot day in Georgia.

Poor communication

Jerry and Isaiah were prompt, courteous, focused and efficient! Jerry was xtremely helpful and wanted to ensure we had been shown the disconnects, filter location, contact information, etc. Great job!!

After calling several repair companies on a Sunday with no returned calls, Josh was very responsive and called us right away to schedule our AC repair with Chuck. Chuck was very professional, extremely friendly and super efficient. We are so grateful for the fast service on an hot July weekend. We highly recommend this company!

First of all, they were 10 hours late to start the work. Then, I have been trying to contact them about registration of the unit, no response for the last three weeks. I am about to contact BBB (better business bureau) and report them. I am also going to contact Google pay to see if I can get the money back.
