After calling several repair companies on a Sunday with no returned calls, Josh was very responsive and called us right away to schedule our AC repair with Chuck. Chuck was very professional, extremely friendly and super efficient. We are so grateful for the fast service on an hot July weekend. We highly recommend this company!

First of all, they were 10 hours late to start the work. Then, I have been trying to contact them about registration of the unit, no response for the last three weeks. I am about to contact BBB (better business bureau) and report them. I am also going to contact Google pay to see if I can get the money back.

I have been using SFPro's for 6 years. Great work. They explain what they are doing and what they find and all of the associates are professional. Strongly recommend them for for HVAC needs.

Service Pro is spot on with customer service. I called on a Sunday morning when my A/C went out. They tried to help me trouble shoot and reset it over the phone, but it didn't work, so they sent me a service technician, Chuck Norris (no, not that one!) and he had me up and running in no time. I've been very happy with their responsiveness and customer service.

The team that I dealt with at Service 1st Pros were fantastic. Colin, Jerry, and his son were very professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. On the day of the appointment, Jerry and his son showed up on time, made me feel so comfortable and that I was in good hands. What really stuck out to me was not only their friendliness, but the fact that they put on disposable boot covers when they entered my home. So respectful. Of course itâ s not exactly â funâ having to buy a brand new AC unit for my home, but grateful that if I had to do it, it was with Service 1st Pros. Thank yâ all so much. I definitely 10/10 highly recommend.
